Jr National Team pitcher just threw the first off speed pitch all night. What's with the pitch calling...is a Change Up the new secret weapon pitch? Only show it in case of emergency?

I had a version of this "Alumni team" idea awhile back. I'd love to see them let however many schools that could make a verified commitment to such a project... put together such a league. If they had 16 teams, each alumni team would play a five game series against every other team - for a 75 game schedule. Each team would travel just 7 or 8 times. One five game series per week - for a 15 week season that would begin right after the WCWS and end around the third week of September. The visiting teams could be put up by the home teams to help save money.

I'd bet they would draw much bigger crowds than the NPF does...

IATS

But you need 1/8 of the teams to be a best-of-the-rest squad

Maybe not exactly this, but yes, her body is quite a bit more muscular than it was in college.  I also noticed that it looks like Tooly has put about 5lbs of muslce.  It's not a bad thing!  Ricketts wents lights out after she lost 30 pounds of fat (guessing at the amount) and turned it into lean muslce mass!

I would think it is much more difficult to stay in shape after college, unless one is playing pro in Japan
