I'm not talking about the original group of respondents to A. Kogan's personality test, MORON. I'm talking about all the Facebook friends of the original respondents, who did not agree to have their information appropriated/stolen and then given to Cambridge Analytica. Facebook itself has accused Kogan--a Russian-American who gave speeches in Russia--and Cambridge Analytica of misusing its platform. Thanks for playing.

As for Mueller: He's already indicted three Americans and 13 Russians. Nothing has come out on obstruction of justice--yet. Anybody can see obstruction of justice, and i'm quite sure Mueller has seen it and will prove it. Trump is dirty, but you want to pretend otherwise.

I’m no fan of Trump, but this is exactly what I had hoped for.

Economy moving in the right direction, great SCOTUS nominee. And the best part is all the salt the three of you provide in a daily basis. Keep b1tching about how he won, who he giggitied 10 years ago. He can set you on fire with one tweet.

According to the TOS in effect at the time, yes they did. Like I said, you talk a lot but don’t know anything other than what you are fed by the LSM.
Of course FB says their platform was”misused” . They will spew whatever they can to try and stop the bleeding both financially and politically that they are experiencing right now. 28 billion loss and even the left is trying to distance themselves..
Did every FB user agree to the Obama campaign scrubbing all of their personal info? Of course they did. You don’t click the box you don’t get to play. Anybody that downloads social media apps agrees to giving everything away.
Thanks for trying to play

Their retraction in no way means the theory is untrue.

The premise of the quiz was explained as information to be used by academia only. Then they skimmed info from friends. It was fraud and Facebook was complicit by failing to report it as soon as they knew. They trusted Analytical to erase all the data.........Sure they did.

Trump did not use the data at all.  It was 5 years old.  Politics of 2016 had little relationship compared to politics of 2011.    What Trump was doing on social media was a much newer approach.  He was testing messages for 'pow' factor on fairly friendly sites.  Those that hit, he pushed into the main stream media and put lots of dollars behind.  This process allowed him to be super efficient with his spend.

For what?  I suspect he will have other lawyers as well.  I also predict CNN will get excited for each and every one of them.  Part of the fun.

Cut Scott some slack, his email this morning told him to constantly talk about how many lawyers Trump is hired. It’s not really his fault

CNN all over Stormy's lie detector test and old sexual misconduct stories.

They must love this, without it they would be forced to report actual news.

I seen that.  I frickin love their non stop never miss a chance to produce salt attitude.

They are especially loving that Stormy lie detector picture where she has the strap running across the top of her breasts, with a top that is clingy.   (see below).

I f'ing spit out my water this morning on the treadmill.   Two talking heads prattling on about Trump this and sex, and that image continuously floating behind them like some omnipresent being.  Like the wizard from The Wizard of Oz.

If the "GOP Is Winning", then the American public is losing. As it would have if Hillary were elected. Wish there were no more Red Team. No more Blue Team. Might have thought a Purple Team could rise from this election between a fake and a fraud, but no.

And it just might not be possible. There was a time that a jury of your peers made decisions based on fact not personal agenda. It is a given now that 12 angry men (or women) cannot be assembled to do their duty and render impartial judgment in a court of law.

So, how are we to proceed? I have reason to believe civility could return. But even my oft used analogy of door holding is waning. Goes like this...

That same dude that cursed you for changing lanes on the freeway, will hold the door for you when you arrive at 7-11. Folks that would cut in line at the sales register will hold the elevator door. Why?

But even that common courtesy is waning. Stopping for walkers about to cross the street, standing to give a woman or elderly person a seat on train or bus, verbally abusing sales clerks, shoddy customer service, indifference to the plight of another and just a general rudeness in public permeates society.

Our leaders of late have been liars and dividers. Their detractors have followed that same path. Neither of the two-party political system offers a return to civility. Would have hoped the election of Trump could have triggered a backlash from We The People. Sadly, it would appear that more of same old, same old is in order. Hope and Change was a farce, so the new King of All Media was elected. To my eyes, Drain The Swamp Donald isn't delivering either.

Sad. Just sad.

I agree with Bill Smith.  One should have the right to harbor any of the opinions below without being called racist, un-American, gun grabber, or baby killer.

- Gays should not be allowed to marry.
- Women should have a right to choose.
- AR-15's should be made illegal.
- Entitlement programs are not the business of the Federal Government.

I can't remember - were around during the Obama years?  ANY policy disagreement resulted in charges of being racist.  In fact, it is still happening.

So, there's that.

Didn’t somebody just call Obama a racist today? I’d say that’s a good example of the “lack of civility” we were discussing earlier.
