Wonder why grapes weren't on that list? Olives were and grapes are all water

In cali the almond crops take 10% of the total state water. Alfalfa takes 30% of total state water.

What I don't agree with is the money being spent on a ridiculous bullet train that is going to have no impact on reducing emissions from automobiles.  That has been proven.  The project needs to be stopped immediately and the funds need to be diverted to building as many desalination plants as possible.  We're in a drought and we have the largest body of water in the world right next to us.

Sanctuary water cities. We will do with our water pumped from the ground what we want. The State can't stop us, and can go pound sand.
