There are reports now that a democRAT poll worker in Ohio actually voted at least 6 times. Makes you wonder how many other people defrauded the election.
Until we have stricter voter ID laws and tougher punishment for those who break the law, the American people will continue to lose faith in our election process.
Remember when Al Franken got elected, in 25 precincts there were more votes than registered voters!
I guess Republicans just need to get as good at it as the democRATS.

REPORT: Ohio Poll Worker May Have Voted SIX TIMES...

If you pass laws making it more difficult to vote, the criminal voters will still find ways to cast an additional ballot or two.

As I posted yesterday, Obama had a hit list for Ohio to make sure he got rid of people who were the best people at knowing voter fraud, clearing the way for his cronies to vote multiple times, as well as out of state people to vote in ohio, as well as illegals voting as well as shipping mentally incompetent people voting for obama, etc.... stmulus money enabled this.  Disgusting.  If we dont get photo ID this will only get worse.

Dinger your statement, much ado about nothing, is classic liberal BS?   Do you want to become a third world country with no voter integrity.  There has been several of Obama's voters basically bragging about the fact that they were able fraudulently vote multiple times in Ohio as well as other states like Va.  Senator Morans own son  was charged .  These are not obscure events.  Voter fraud occurred in Allen Wests district in counting the vote.  The county voting supervisor basically admitted as  much.

Every personyou would think would want accurate and legal voting but from your words it doesnt seem to matter much to you as long as your guy wins.

the reason why i do not vote is because the voting system is run by the people that control the voting computer system. how do you know that the majority of people did vote for Obama.
DID YOU COUNT THE VOTES OR DID YOU CHECK THE NAMES TO SEE IF THEY WERE LEGAL.

From a recent interview with Rand Paul -

PAUL: Dead people do still vote in some elections. There still is some fraud. And so we should stop that, and one way of doing it is (driver's licenses).

AXELROD: Although the incidence of fraud is relatively small.

PAUL: It probably is, and I think Republicans may have over-emphasized this. I don't know.

OK

You are smarter than that, "probably", "may have", "I don't know" means what to you DC?

Depends on what your definition of 'is', is.

It means he's not vehemently denying that the incidence of voter fraud is small, unlike some on this board that think voter fraud is swaying elections.  You're smarter than that, too - what do you think he's saying by side-stepping the issue?

http://www.examiner.com/article/liberal-activist-caught-on-video-rigging-election

A liberal activist was caught on video committing what appears to be blatant voter fraud during the August 26th primary election in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Arizona Daily Independent reports that the unidentified man was wearing a "Citizens for a Better Arizona" T-shirt (a left-wing activist group), and was captured by surveillance cameras stuffing hundreds of ballots into the ballot box.

He also took a picture of the ballots that he had just crammed into the slot of the box before pushing them the rest of the way in. He then circled around behind the box (hoping to hide from cameras) to remove a ballot that was still unsealed and slipped it into his shorts, according to Maricopa County Republican Party Chairman A.J. LaFaro.

This all apparently happened while the poll workers were on an extended lunch break. The only reason the incident didn't go completely unnoticed was that LaFaro happened to be sitting in a cubicle directly across from the ballot box. When the man spotted LaFaro staring him down in disbelief, he reportedly became hostile, began exchanging obscenities with him, and walked out.

I'm not saying it couldn't have happened, but just a few questions come to mind -

1.  Why would a person committing voter fraud wear this T-shirt?
2.  Where did all the ballots come from?
3.  What happened after the guy left?  Were the ballots that he just stuffed into the box checked?  Were they legit?  Were they fraudulent?  Was security called to detain the guy?  Did anyone contact the person whose ballot was "delivered" by this guy to determine if they had actually voted?  Funny how none of this is addressed.
4.  Why was the ballot box left unattended?  If this guy hadn't stayed to read his newspaper, no one would have seen anything.
5.  How come none of the major AZ newspapers or TV stations picked up on this story?  (Nothing came up on Google, unless I missed it.)
6.  Why has no lawsuit been filed?
7.  This was a primary election - I believe in AZ you can only vote for candidates of your registered party.  So were these Rep or Dem ballots?  And the result was..... ???
8.  How come there is no mention of this incident on the Maricopa County Republican Committee's website?  I sure didn't see anything on either site (unless I missed it) -

http://www.maricopagop.org/
http://maricopa.arizonagop.us/index.php

Just wondering......

Edit - I Googled "LaFaro" and found a couple of interesting (but certainly biased and only the author's opinion, but links are provided) articles about Mr. LaFaro - you judge for yourself as to his leadership qualities -

The right to vote and the right to bear arms are constitutional rights.
There are bad people of all races. shapes, sizes, nationalities, and political affiliation that get and use guns and voter fraud.
There are people that feel that more laws and rules will stop bad people from getting and using guns...or stop voter fraud. It does not.
Bad guys work around whatever system is in front of them. Of course they do since they do not follow the law. More laws and rules effect good people not bad people.

175 million people voted past election of  the 300 million plus population.
Founding fathers dealt with 3 million total population. 33 million by civil war. 150 million in the 1950s and now over 300 million and climbing.
There has been reported voter fraud in every single presidential election ever....this does not include the fraud that was no caught which is the majority of it.
The best crimes are the ones you did not even know happened.

And of course people cheat. People cheat in solitaire games, sports, on their marriage, on tests, on taxes, voting, on their diet, at video games, and gambling.
They justify it or say "they cheat worse"...like getting stopped for speeding and saying it is ok because the other drivers on the road were speeding worse than you were.
And we justify more rules and hurdles unless it effects one of our rights (voting hurdles are ok but the extra hurdle to get a gun is stepping on my right.....or vice versa).
It is a mess and once voting can be done from home electronically with verification and validation we will have more voters and less crying about cheating from either side.

There remains almost zero evidence of people impersonating others in order to cast an illegal vote and, despite these rare examples of voting problems, none of this excuses the push to reduce the number of polling locations and the number of voting days.  These changes, along with taking away the right to register and vote on the same day, making absentee voting more difficult, and allowing gun permit ID's but not student ID's in order to vote, are clear examples of the Right doing whatever it can to suppress voting.  This isn't rocket science and it's another reason to vote Democrat.

In India they have over 800 million people vote. There are nine days to vote, spread out over about 5 weeks. Nearly everyone votes.

We don't need months of voting, six million different ways to cast a ballot, yada yada yada. People aren't helpless, people are capable. If they want to vote they can vote. There is ample opportunity.

This is just a BS liberal talking point, something for them to demagogue responsible Americans for.

Venezuela uses fingerprint scanners to ration milk. Ration milk. It's a socialist country, btw. Like US Liberals. Like US Democrats. Rationing milk and other staples.

Imagine if we used fingerprint scanners to validate the vote. I wonder what distortion of logic democrats would employ to oppose that.

Dewey - You need to change your argument from "almost zero evidence" to "almost zero convictions".  Your side has been making the same argument stated the same way you do and it's misleading.  It's like saying since no cars are pulled over, nobody is speeding.

This from one state only:

http://www.newsmax.com/US/Carolina-voter-fraud-zombies/2014/04/03/id/563542/

Voter fraud exists.  I know and so do you.  Even effort should be made to try to ensure the sanctity of election DAY.

From your article:

"Asked by Rucho to confirm that up to 50 dead people had voted, Strach declined, saying, "I do want to stress that the reason could be precinct error."

She warned that in the past so-called zombie voters have turned out to be clerical errors."

bhblue - I can't believe the number of those willing to go to jail by voting in the place of another is a significant number in our Country.  Yes, I believe it to be almost zero percent.  Now can you explain why a gun permit ID is allowed but not a student ID?  Why not register and vote the same day?  Why reduce the days to vote?  It's my opinion you are the one pretending elections are being lost to fraud.

Simple.

Permitted gun ownership would require a more exhaustive declaration of applicable standards required as a registered voter. A student ID would not.

Over 18: one required, one not
US Citizien: one required, and as debated here oh too often, one not
Residency in voter precinct: one shows, one does not

Add to it that many student IDs could be easily forged, as they are simple documentation. I refer to high school ID that I see regularly. College IDs vary in complexity.

Hope that's enough for you to reconsider your position.
