I mean she was an ace in as much as Georgia has ever had an ace in the last 8 years.  Freshman year she shared time with MoMo and Glasco.

That is an interesting comparison.  I think Chelsea was good her Freshman year, but really separated herself during her Sophomore year.  Chelsea and Glasco were basically the only two pitchers on the roster during their Sophomore year.

I wasn't following closely for most of that season, but had the impression that she was a serviceable #1 who grew into the "ace" role during that SEC Tournament run.

Also, as an aside: the prevailing opinion around here seems to have always been that Tara Archibald was a disaster of a pitching coach, but on her watch both Erin Arevalo and Wilkinson turned in All-American seasons. Not arguing that she's the best UGA could have done, but I don't get the disdain. But that's old news, I suppose.

Yes two great pitchers, but also a few duds in the circle including her sister.

I still haven't heard why MoMo left softball , not that it matters at this point

Good to see O'Neal in the dugout today, although it looks like she's got a pretty hefty brace on that left knee.

Three straight walks from Ablan and LHC is pulling her

This is the most redundant bullsh*t I have ever watched in my life... 3 walks from Ablan to load the bases, followed by a walk  from Avant to score back to back Aggie runs...

Now a bases loaded single with no outs to tie the game.

2-2 game. Bases loaded for TAMU with no outs. Pitiful to watch. Truly a helpless feeling...

There's no shame in losing to A&M, but giving up 4 runs with only 1 single...yikes.

Yep. Because it's her fault the pitchers can't throw a strike.

Looks like there isn't a shut down pitcher this game.

Well, I don't know how much fault an assistant has with what they are in charge of, but the head coach ain't going, and neither are the players

She had a weird straight-up drop out there last week...maybe decided she was more comfortable in left, where she's been the last couple of years?

Our outfield leaves nothing to be desired, that's for sure.

Think you got that phrase wrong.  "nothing to be desired" would mean it's so good you could desire for them to be any better.   I'll fix it for you:

I'm pretty sure this series was over before it even began.
