So many twists and spins, could not follow it.  Clearly NFL owners are free to run their business as they see fit.  To pass rules and have punishments.  As long as they are uniformly applied  they are not going to fall under your constitutional First Amendment stretch.

Another load of bovine feces from the dewster, SCOTUS has ruled on this.

Lets all remember there is not a national police force that they could be protesting by kneeling, but these are employees of individual municipalities, not the federal government.

I'm still waiting on an answer to which NFL player has been fired for kneeling?

He is exactly right. Knee jerk reaction would be to ram a law through that would appeal to their voter base. Thank goodness we are a republic and not a democracy. At first glance it would be considered a good law by most people with no love of freedom.....but any violation of the bill of rights is wrong.

I'll add no understanding of freedom either.

Seeing as how no one has suggested such a law, talking about one makes little sense.

Who was fired for kneeling?

Anyone else getting a kick out of the lefties in here arguing freedom of speech for NFL players after ignoring the state funded liberal colleges shutting down the freedom of speech of conservative speakers?

Said I didn't like it. Didn't start the thread on Kaepernick, just responded.

What BS Dewey. Quit embarrassing yourself. You used to offer some form of debate. Now it's all talking points void of introspect.

One in the same IMHO. Continue to follow a failed path if you must. It's your integrity to sacrifice upon the Liberal Socialist alter. Preach the talking points you are handed all you want. Independent thought is devoid of the input of others. You are not independent by your own writings. Let those with more knowledge than you decide your fate, your path, and your thought process. What could possibly go wrong with a society that adopted that mantra?

I saw it but didn't agree, Jemele does nothing for me.  I was stumped.  She needs to be gone and will never be casting her dark shadow on my TV
