They were entrapped, their rights thwarted by hyperpartizan zealot agents.

This is the question.  If that happened it was very very wrong.  People will be going to jail. Maybe even obama.

The chain of the handling of the FISA warrant/warrants are on record. Just a matter of Congress issuing subpoenas, and requiring DOJ and every agency involved to turn over their records. Whats the holdup? It's just the complete integrity of the entire DOJ, FBI, and NSA at stake.

This was brought up in the House Judiciary hearing today with FBI Director Wray. He deflected, sometimes by saying he couldn’t discuss FISA matters openly, and sometimes saying he couldn’t discuss matters being investigated by the OIG and/or Mueller.

I watched much of the hearing live and didn’t get the sense his deflections were necessarily obstructionist in nature. He referred to the upcoming OIG report often enough with GOP members that I was getting the sense there was some subtext, that they could put their faith in the OIG’s determinations, and with the recent dismissals/ recusals related to Mueller-Trump-Clinton, the trend suggests there is more to come and it will be favorable for the GOP.

Expect more of the same in the next week, involving some key players.

Finally somebody asked the question I have been asking for months. Who authorized the FISA warrants. There is a paper trail.

If that FISA warrant comes out as it seems.  Linked to the well known false piss dossier through Strzok or other hyperpartisan FBI agent, this will be a major huge issue.

That would be blow so devastating to an already devastated Democratic party, that it may be time for the level headed dems to think about forming a new party.

Racist Russia scheme? No

One opportunity at a time. trump is like a scandal buffet. jr refuses to discuss his conversation with dear ole dad. Supports a pedophile for a vote. Never talked to national security chief found lying to the FBI. Never talked to NS chief that texted friend they were stopping sanctions to Russia. Met with Russians to get dirt on HC.......doesn't even count the multiple financial deals that benefit trump Inc. It's a progressives cornucopia of vile, presidential fruit. Only a matter of time.

See my answer above. The OIG said his report should be out by March / April. That may feel like an eternity, but we know his findings are already resulting in moves by Justice, the FBI, and Mueller. Keep in mind that many of the people involved are no longer in government - say Lynch or Comey - so there’s nothing the government can do about them - barring exigent circumstances - at least publicly, until the full report is released.

Bear in mind that Strzok’s texts were uncovered by the OIG, and it’s kind of a big thing that they got access to his full text history during that period. This indicates the OIG is being very thorough and going down every avenue that opens up.

Keep an eye out further moves for a sense of where this is headed.

Obama DOJ directs the FBI to obtain a FISA warrant and conducts surveillance on an opposing political campaign. That would completely destroy the integrity of the DOJ, FBI, and the DNC.

I agree. If Bill, Hillary, Obama, or Mueller violated the law, they’re going to be penalized. Rightfully so.

My thought revolves around why the Trump circle doesn’t explain the two who lied. Distance themselves. The American people see these guilty pleas and are concluding something bad happened. The Trump Administration is doing nothing to explain why guys are in trouble when nothing happened. They’ll forever be seen as guilty in the eyes of the public if they don’t explain why individuals are confessing to wrongdoing. Won’t matter if Mueller uncovers a crime or not. Same goes with Junior’s refusal to share his conversation with Pop. They’re making this look very bad for reasons I can’t undertand. Unless...

Woody,
Lost 1 posted this in the “scrutiny” thread earlier today. In case you missed it, it’s a must watch regarding your questions. Jim Jordan is all over it.

As has been the case in recent months and years, another good month of jobs added.  This year is on pace to match the jobs added in 2016.  Unfortunately, wage growth continues to be low.  As for labor participation rate, it remains at lowest level of the year 62.7 which also matches June and Dec of 2016.  UE remains at 4.1%, lowest in many years.

Altogether, a solid US economy continues albeit with an unappealingly low growth in wages.

Wages are definitely growing here.  I think we are bit ahead of the curve.  Our unemployment hit 4.5 rnage about 1 year ago.  Took about 6 months of that, and now wages are on the march up.

Your area may have a higher minimum wage law.  I hear those laws are working.

We are achieving success in spite of the inflation and job loss minimum wage increase created.

Growing economies can even make dumb socialism look halfway workable.
