In a non PC world it would be real easy to identify illegal alien children. They would be the ones that were wandering the streets, or working with their illegal parents during school hours. This would be because they did not have proof of citizenship to enroll. Lets say proof of citizenship, as in something as simple as a short form birth certificate.

A message for my fellow Republicans: If you back Trump you will not be trusted again

I'm amazed the so-called experts keep expecting Trump to act in a consistent tone and don't recognize his pattern. He certainly won't change his persona at his rallies because that is what draws the large crowds. He will continue to tweet controversial things because that keeps him in the news cycles, however he tweets a lot of non-controversial things too. He tones it down when making speeches for general consumption and when speaking to people in small groups. It's pretty obvious.

I have been staying out of the fray but I will now jump in. As a young lad growing up in Queens NY. I got to know the trump family. My uncles uncle was Sam Lefrak who was Fred Trumps main competitor. We have met the Trump family at many social events.
That being said I will try to explain what Donald is doing. Some of you have figured it out while many and the so called experts are still totally clueless.
Donald has watched the dumbing down of America as more young people are so hung up on reality TV. More votes were cast for American Idol than votes for the presidential election. Donald is now the rap artist who says outragous things to get attention. Now after winning the primary he can move or tone down his act just a little as have artists like Snoop Dog, Ice Tea, Ice Cube and LL Cool J. Remember they were looked at as disgusting artists and are now main stream artists. Do you remember After Jimmy Carter and Regan was running. The pundits said OMG the cowboy is coming in and will press the red button and we will have nuclear war, How did that turn out. So now we have the second coming of Jimmy Carter in Obama  who is a international wimp ( lead from behind) and now the country craves the next macho leader of the USA. Time for the US to get their MOJO back. For those that want to know the real Trump, Read the art of the deal. Gives nice insight to who Donald really is.

O'Reilly is part of the Right criticizing Hillary Clinton for what they describe as her spinning, misleading, and lying about Benghazi in order to win an election.  Last night he described Trump's outlandish statements, (he won't call them lies), and over the top comments as brilliant strategy designed to win the GOP nomination against long odds.  Suddenly, he's praising the misleading of the public.  He is so in the tank for Donald the top brass at Fox News is liable to say something to Mr. O'Reilly.

If MSNBC didn't say anything to Matthews about his being a cheerleader for Obama, I highly doubt Fox News will say anything to O'Reilly.

Most of us here have always had less-than-positive thoughts on O'Reilly.  Personally, I think he's an idiot who only knows self-promotion.  That's why he loves Trump.

Dewy is the only idiot I know who watches O'Reilly on a regular basis and then admits it. Orielly is as much a conservative is Trump is, they are made for each other.

Who will/can Trump get to be his VP? Trump said he wants an insider.

- Boehner?

- Kasich would fit in with a strategy of taking the Rust Belt (i.e. PA, OH, MI, WI). I doubt he will give up his governorship for it, especially if he has eyes on running again in 2020.

- Some are mentioning Rubio, however I don't think he would help much with FL or Hispanics.

- Someone mentioned the NM Governor, Susana Martinez. No experience in Washington, however she might help with women and Hispanics. She also has something in common with Trump - she was a Democrat prior to 1995.

Who else?

I know everything I need to know.  He is a lying big gov't liberal, who hasn't yet had an original thought on any policy matter.

trump is courting sanders voters to replace the conservatives who are now giving up on the GOP.  The new GOP will be made up of idiot trumpies, and sanders voters.

Thanks - count me out.

Saw an article today that said trump now wants the RNC to reimburse his campaign funding loans, which they will.  The last trumpism - funding my own campaign - now up in smoke with the rest.

I also saw that big campaignmoney bundlers (remember you are limited to $2700 to the candidate) are saying they will fund vulnerable congressmen and senators to try to maintain a majority, and will sit out POTUS.  The RNC will run out of money, courtesy trump.

As for me - Dewey may get his wish.  If a third party Conservative candidate doesn't emerge soon, I will actively begin campaigning for Austin Peterson of the Libertarian Party.

one last thing - there is a significant boycott foxnews movement on, thanks to their incessant 24/7 trump promotion.  for the first time in 13 years, CNN passed them in the ratings last month.

Mark Levin said foxnews could "rub their faces in their own feces".

Things are going to be pretty nasty for the next 6 months, and likely beyond that.

Mike, like I told you 2 months ago, I told you my Fox all stars and Greg gutfeld is the only one I watch with any regularity. He has great guests and the guy is very witty. Dewy watches O'Reilly so that tells you all you need to know about him. Bret Baier is still solid.

I actually like don lemon most of the time on CNN. You know where he's coming from, white, male, liberals I won't watch except the gay boy Anderson at times. He stays focused on the issues.

Never hannity, never O'Reilly.

I still respect Dana Perino very much.  Guttfeld is good, Baeir is generally, and Megyn Kelly still has potential.  I have to see where she goes now.

Outside of that - gone.

You know what one person on that network had the guts to question trump on his assertions that Cruz's dad had a role in JFK killings?  Then, they were debating the credibility of National Enquirer as a news source.  And to think that they think they are some sort of news group.

Yeah that curly headed guy that likes sports. Kilmeade. I can't watch the Five any longer because of Juan Williams and Eric Boling. Tantaros left but she turned into a trumpkin anyway.

on the bright side, I have found that I have something like 3 or 400 channels.  My wife would put Fox on early, and it would stay on all day, until around midnight.

Now, I have found that my $200/mo cable bill actually does provide some pretty cool programming options.

Americans' increasing shift to independent status has come more at the expense of the Republican Party than the Democratic Party. Republican identification peaked at 34% in 2004, the year George W. Bush won a second term in office. Since then, it has fallen nine percentage points, with most of that decline coming during Bush's troubled second term. When he left office, Republican identification was down to 28%. It has declined or stagnated since then, improving only slightly to 29% in 2010, the year Republicans "shellacked" Democrats in the midterm elections.

Mike, you wanna blame Trump voters for the decline of the Republican party.........You couldn't be more wrong........Bush and your "conservative values" duo of McCain and Romney did your party in......

Conservative value people should not pre-emptively invoke war on other countries and assassinate their leaders.......Conservative value people should secure our borders......And, while they're at it, how 'bout making some trade deals that are profitable to America........And, maybe even stop the flow of factories leaving to go to other countries....

As voters and American citizens, we had to make a decision to vote for someone who is an achiever and tells us he's gonna reverse the damage that's been done to America.......We've had enough of more of the same from your conservative party.......And, we did something about it....Plain and simple!!

Bluedog - no conservative has ever thought of Bush, Romney or McCain as conservative.  Bush allowed our deficit to rise on his watch.  Romney created Obamacare in MA and McCain is just nuts.

All of the issues you mention are the issues of conservatives.  Secure the border, go to war only when absolutely necessary to protect our nation, reduce the size and scope of government, let citizens and businesses keep more of their own money and let free markets decide winners and losers.

Only if a country is engaging in unfair currency manipulation should we worry about stopping factories from moving overseas.

But let's be clear - Trump won't do any of those things because if he's elected, the Senate will almost certainly flip back to the Dems and we'll be at the same stalemate we've seen.  Trump won't be able to do anything.

All three of 'em are past Republican candidates for the presidency........If you can't do better that that as a party, you have no worthwhile party to begin with.........Republican backers were merely hugging a light pole while being drunk.......They, now, have life again and many are still too drunk to know it!

You have no idea what Trump will be able to do....No idea, at all......It wasn't long ago, you were saying Trump was gonna disappear any day........I speak from experience that you have no idea!

Pabar, you're brainwashed........Tell that to the unemployed who can't find work......See how far that gets you.......

And, just for kicks, do you have any idea what China has been doing with their currency lately?.........I'll school you if you'd like........

Hey Bluedog - according to Rob Reiner, you're a racist.

It's amazing the hypocrisy from the left.  They demonstrate their intolerance by yelling "intolerance".
