Thoughts just sprinting through my head.

What a wonderful person.

Thinking of Gerry and Vickie right now, sending them every supportive thought and condolence I can muster

Thinking about the Glasco family and Cajuns, and wishing them the very best during their grieving.

This is terrible news.  My heart aches for Gerry, his family and the entire UL softball community.

Prayers for the Glasco Family. I consider Gerry one of my very best friends and talk to him weekly and have for many years. He and Vickie should be in the Webster dictionary as the definition of family values. I am numb and at a total loss for words. Geri Ann, you left a positive mark on many people in and outside of the softball world and we will always be grateful for that. God Bless their family and friends during this time.

This is the worst, Gerri Ann was such a baller, so many hurting right now.  I wish the best for Gerry and the rest of his family.

My daughter just called and let me know.  Coach and I have been friends for a very long time.  Please pray for him and his family.

So terrible to lose a loved one at such a young age.
The number of deaths on our highways remains staggeringly high.
I lost a close family member to a drunk driver.
The enormous pain of such a loss remains a part of you no matter how much time passes.
Driving while high, texting while driving and driving when over worked and sleepy...
are problems that continue to plague our roads.

My prayers go out to the Glacso's - and everyone who knew and loved the daughter they have lost.

I hate semi trucks. They’re the cause of so many deathly accidents.

Thoughts and prayers are with the Glasco family. Very sad.

I specifically remembered this game in particular against Washington and I bet 3leftturns does too.  A awesome kid.

That was a great, great day. Didn't she hit one of those golf-ball shots as Tarr was being interviewed?

Geri Ann was the first player my wife and I saw (smoking balls in a cage at Howe Field with Hailey Decker) when we dropped our girl off for freshman year in Eugene in Sept. 2014.

She could not have been more kind. It's indelible.

I think the ONLY redeeming thing that Gerry Glasco got out of those Texas A&M years when they were eliminated before supers was his and Vickie's ability to watch their baby girl play in those supers against NC State and UCLA and that WCWS in 2015.

Then, they both made it to OKC as coaches in 2017.

Deep sorrow envelopes us in mourning for Geri Ann and offering support to Gerry, Vickie and the family

Yes, I saw that clip recently. I tried to find it and post it here - but I couldn't find it.

Here is a clip I came across that focuses on Geri Ann Glasco's excellent lower body weight transfer - as a "how to" hit with greater power video.
