Admittedly, I missed most of Megan's show tonight but these are what I would consider tough questions.

1)  Do you believe Americans have a right to "preventive" health care?

2)  Do you believe K-12 education is Socialism and, secondly, should it remain tuition free?  If not, should it be a "for profit" system.

3)  Would you focus your efforts, via Conservative Supreme Court nominations or other avenues, to overturn Plyler v Doe, the 5-4 1982 SC decision giving undocumented the right to education?

4)  Do you believe a business should have a right to refuse service to anyone?  If not, do you believe a party rental business should have a right to refuse renting tables and chairs to a gay couple for use in a wedding ceremony?

5)  Do you believe in a mandate as it relates to purchasing health insurance?  If no, would you require medical services be provided to an individual who refused purchasing coverage and cannot afford necessary medical services?

6)  Do you believe the right to bear arms means "the right to bear any and all arms"?

7)  Do you believe water-boarding is an acceptable form of interrogation?

8)  Do you support the filibuster rule in the US Senate?

9)  Do you believe we should raise taxes during a time at war in order to pay for the cost of such war?

10)  Do you believe a background check has ever prevented a mass murder?

11)  Do you believe a child under 18, brought here years ago by his parents when he was very young, has broken the law?

12)  Do you believe an individual born outside of US territory should be eligible to be POTUS?

13)  Do you believe in limited UE benefits for a person who has lost their job?

14)  Would you phase out Social Security if there was a way to do so?

15)  If an individual buys an asset, (art, property, stocks, etc.),  for $100,000 and sells it for $1 million, do you believe he/she should have a tax obligation?  If yes, if this same person dies and his/her heirs sell this asset for $1 million, should they have a tax obligation?

Other tough questions.  where are all the answers?

1)  What's wrong with Obama setting a red line and then making a decision to attack when it's crossed?

2)  Should a second attack by Assad be considered a red line by the US?

3)  Were you for the invasion in Iraq and against intervention in Syria?

4)  Do you think we should hold leaders accountable with force for using chemical weapons?

5)  Why would President Obama risk his entire Presidency, by instructing the IRS to scrutinize every Conservative tax exempt application with Tea Party in their name, when you realize many of these tax exempt organizations will take in and eat up donations that will never see the light of day in a political ad and would ultimately keep these funds away from the more powerful political PAC's?

6)  Ms. Rice went on the Sunday shows to discuss Bengahzi with only the information confirmed as of that date.  Regardless whether you believe this or not, why would the White House carry on a two or three day lie if they truly knew the actual information and knew it would soon be released?  What in the world does one gain from that?

7)  Do you think a sitting Congressman, who supports the President with regards to intervening in Syria, should tell the world our President is a community organizer and no Commander-in-Chief?

8)  Do you think a Congressman telling the world our President is weak invites attacks against our nation?

9)  Can you name a leftist politician and far left politician and explain the political distinction between the two?

10)  What should we do about individuals who have the money but refuse to buy health insurance only to end up needing dialysis or some other very expensive treatment soon thereafter?

11)  If passing voting laws stops some criminals from voting why won't passing laws requiring background checks on private sales at gun shows stop some criminals from purchasing weapons?

12)  Do you think a citizen born outside of the Country should be eligible to become President?

13)  We have over 6,000 registered members.  How many more different people do you imagine have visited this site without registering?

14)  If we phased out SS and Medicare as some on the Right would like to see happen, what would happen to old people who failed, deliberately or otherwise, to save any money for their old age thus ending up penniless with no family?

15)  Do you think we should try and phase out our Social Security and/or Medicare programs?

16)  Do you think O'Reilly was on point when he said if McCain or Romney were currently President, these GOP members would completely support the Syrian intervention?  Is there any question in your mind?

Interesting Dewey.  All of your questions relate to legalizing illegal aliens, giving gays special rights, and Obamacare.

Not a single question related to the economy, or to national security, or to how to defeat ISIS.

Pretty telling.

1)  No Congressional support, 2) Syrian targets should be bombed but only with Congressional support, 3) No, Yes if no congressional support, 4) To a point assuming Congressional support.  I wouldn't nuke them 5) He wouldn't, 6) They wouldn't.  Nothing 7) Absolutely not  8)  It could  9)  I could but UCS members won't, 10)  Mandate they buy insurance  11)  It will  12)  Yes, if a citizen by law  13)  44,000 at least  14)  We the society would end up footing their bills  15)  Absolutely not  16)  Yes, I have no doubt

According to the families, she told them "we are going to arrest the filmmaker that was responsible for the death of your son." A day after the attack, she told the Egyptian Prime Minister "We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack, not a protest."

Who is not telling the truth?

mikec - I would ask questions that will reveal something about the candidate.  Moderators ask softball questions.  Will you raise taxes? - no. Would you go easier on Wall Street and remove regulations? - yes. Will you go easier on business and reduce pollution standards? - yes.  Will you grow the economy? - yes.  Will you support the 1st amendment? - yes.  Will you support the 2nd amendment? - yes.  Would you eliminate Obamacare? - yes.  Would you come up with a health reform plan of your own? - yes.

Now maybe we could ask some like these...Will you raise taxes to modernize our infrastructure?  Would you allow the NSA to collect data records like our phone bills?  Why no health care reform in last GOP Administration?  Why no immigration reform legislation in last GOP Administration?

I'd like to hear some of your examples mikec.  Btw, how many of my tough questions do you think Rubio could answer?  4? 5?

1)  Do you believe Americans have a right to "preventive" health care?  No because it's nowhere in the Constitution.

2)  Do you believe K-12 education is Socialism and, secondly, should it remain tuition free?  If not, should it be a "for profit" system.  No, I don't believe it's Socialism but it needs to be injected with a large dose of free market economics because the teachers' unions are to blame for poor results.  I speak from experience on this.

3)  Would you focus your efforts, via Conservative Supreme Court nominations or other avenues, to overturn Plyler v Doe, the 5-4 1982 SC decision giving undocumented the right to education?  I don't believe illegal immigrants have any rights to any services that are funded by law-abiding, tax-paying, legal citizens.

4)  Do you believe a business should have a right to refuse service to anyone?  If not, do you believe a party rental business should have a right to refuse renting tables and chairs to a gay couple for use in a wedding ceremony?  Yes and yes.

5)  Do you believe in a mandate as it relates to purchasing health insurance?  If no, would you require medical services be provided to an individual who refused purchasing coverage and cannot afford necessary medical services?  No.  Medical services have always been available to those without insurance, whether their lack of insurance was voluntary or not.

6)  Do you believe the right to bear arms means "the right to bear any and all arms"?  Yes except for any arms that have been specifically banned by laws.

7)  Do you believe water-boarding is an acceptable form of interrogation?  Yes.

8)  Do you support the filibuster rule in the US Senate?  Yes - I support rules in general.  If one doesn't like the rules, one should change the rules.

9)  Do you believe we should raise taxes during a time at war in order to pay for the cost of such war?  If the president has made the case to the American people and Congress approves of the raising of such taxes, then yes.

10)  Do you believe a background check has ever prevented a mass murder?  There's no way to know the answer to this question.

11)  Do you believe a child under 18, brought here years ago by his parents when he was very young, has broken the law?  If the law says that this circumstance makes him an illegal alien then he is an illegal alien.  He did not purposely break the law but he is in violation of the law.  If you don't like that law, change that law.

12)  Do you believe an individual born outside of US territory should be eligible to be POTUS?  There are different circumstances that make this a yes or no answer.

13)  Do you believe in limited UE benefits for a person who has lost their job?  Yes.

14)  Would you phase out Social Security if there was a way to do so?  Yes.  It must not harm those that are currently receiving benefits or those that will be relying on those benefits.  It would take a long, long, long time to do this if I had my way.

15)  If an individual buys an asset, (art, property, stocks, etc.),  for $100,000 and sells it for $1 million, do you believe he/she should have a tax obligation?  If yes, if this same person dies and his/her heirs sell this asset for $1 million, should they have a tax obligation?  Yes.  With the second question, if they didn't already have to pay an inheritance tax then I'm okay with them paying tax on the gain of an asset.

pabar - Thank you.  If you were a Presidential candidate, I think in #3 you are saying "yes" but indirectly.  As for #6, wouldn't a law banning an arm violate the amendment?  I'm still puzzled on this one.  In #8, I know you don't support a mandate rule so "in general" is a little vague.  A candidate either favors the filibuster or a candidate doesn't.  You're the candidate in #9, what say you, and can you be more specific in #12?  A circumstance that would be yes and one that would be no.

Excellent job.  Many of these answers would reveal something about a candidate.  Much more than repeating the old softball questions.

Makes you wonder how many illegals and gay anchor babies in Dewey's family are mooching off the US taxpayer. They won't care about national security until it threatens their free ride.

Mooching off others is not civil, or respectful. Breaking laws to mooch in another country is even worse.

We've spent millions of dollars and countless hours searching to see if the Department of State, under the watch of SOS Clinton, lied or misled the American people in order to win an election for somebody else.

Today we have GOP candidates making outlandish accusations, if not downright lying, in order to mislead the American people so they can get themselves elected President.  We have one candidate saying another candidate will tear down the 2nd Amendment if elected.  Yet another candidate claims an opponent is a con artist, better served selling watches in Time Square.  There's a candidate who claims another is lying about favoring legalization of the undocumented and a candidate being accused by some of misleading the public about whether he favored deporting undocumented children or not.  This guy is bought off by Wall Street banks, this guy did a real estate transaction deal with a lobbyist in violation of campaign finance laws, and this guy is going to appoint Liberal SC Justices.  Call it what you will but each of these candidates is spinning and twisting, making up unfounded accusations about others, not telling the truth, all in order to mislead the American public so they might win the Presidency, for themselves no less, not for somebody else.

The tough question of the day is, "Why is today's disgusting and misleading public display by Republicans, consisting of numerous and often bogus accusations, all for the purpose of their own personal political gain, any different than a Democrat spinning a yarn in hopes another is elected President, assuming you accept that partisan accusation?"

This is going to be a tough one to answer.  I'm guessing some will say it's because when Democrats do it, it's worse.  Double standard if that's how some answer.

Tyler - the facts are irrefutable.  We should all notice Dewey's lack of specifics in everything he posts.  Yet, substantiated and detailed facts are posted by those of us on the right and they're casually dismissed by those on the left.

If there was ever a party whose core principles were rooted in staying in power, it's the left.  One need to look no further than the actions of Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and many others to see the obvious truth.

guys - Again, I think you missed the tough question.  If as you say, the SOS misled Americans for the sake of a Presidency, how does that differ from what I describe above?  Please explain to the readers if you will.

If your side ever wonders why it seems these GOP accusations rarely have legs, it's because of what voters witness on a daily basis.  They must shake their heads watching the Right spend millions and millions trying to convince Americans somebody told a fib in order to win an election, all the while their GOP candidates march across the land telling fibs, spinning the public, casting mistruths, all in order to win their own election.  smh

The fact the GOP investigations have found no wrongdoing, the fact this story has no legs with the American public, and the fact candidates like Trump are doing so well today, says otherwise.  Pot calling kettle black has turned off American voters, thanks to thinking like this which simply dismisses wrongdoing when it's your side but goes all out after wrongdoing on the other side.

If there's nothing to hide, what are they hiding?

If you want to assign blame for the Select Committee, blame Obama. His White House defied subpoenas, which directly led to Boehner forming the committee, which he had been refusing calls to do for months.

The Select Committee was formed in response to White House obstruction. And to this day they continue obstructing.

Some are still searching for the "real" Obama birth certificate.  Searching for what doesn't exist will go on forever.  In any event, the kettle/pot theory is evident here too.  Search to see if a current President is illegitimate, due to being foreign born, then say never-mind when it's determined the GOP candidate is foreign born.  The American public is crying out, enough is enough!

I don't see one shred of evidence to support this statement.

The other day, I presented a GOP House investigation that said there was no misleading the public on Benghazi.  Presenting evidence doesn't change anyone's position inside here so, in my case, I'll simply share my thoughts and opinions and not waste my time chasing down evidence that wouldn't be accepted anyway.  I'll give you a hint though...all these Trump voters have tired of our politics as usual.

And they're supporting a guy who just said, if he's made president, he'll open up the libel laws and sue any news outlet that writes negatively about him.

Sounds like a dictator to me.  If Trump voters are tired of politics as usual, they need to be careful what they wish for.

In fact, it's more of the same if the past 7 years are evidence.
