Yet even Dewey fully admits that he is going to get reelected, likely in a landslide, if the election is was held today. How can that possibly be?

Salty CNN reporters losing their minds aside.   One of the examples was Trump stating that Democrat polices are separating illegal immigrant parents from children.  Turns out the picture, that served as proof, was a 2014 image taken while Obama was in charge.  Yet the reporter excoriates Trump for lying.  You just cannot be that dishonest.

Oh hey, also, I think I mentioned this already.  You guys should stop raping people.  I think that has to be causing you votes.

Arguments, unsubstantiated with facts, does none of you any good. When you have to lie to make a point, that point, becomes illegitimate. You right wing perverts have not gotten any more logical or honest since I left. I'm glad the innate sense of good and reason in the American public will soon realize the error of this corrupt administration. When people say they don't care if he's lying, they are lost. Their souls are damned to whatever hell is out there. Stand back and read the sh1t you are spewing out as fact. If you're honest, you will realize the error of your ways. If not, you are abetting the moral decay of our society. You will lose....you are wrong.

Scotty left?  Did he catch up on muh Mueller?  What became of muh impeachment within the first 2 years?  Why was he lying to make a point when he said Donald would be impeached in the first 2 years?

Scotty was not being very logical, he had no basis to make such a silly statement.  Don't read scotty or duaine's nonsense on the internet, they have the white guilt.

lol yea, evidently he left. But no one noticed. Go figure. Anyway, he didn't explain his prior lies, he just dropped in to call us all perverts, then went biblical and declared that our souls are damned. It was all very odd. I wonder how long scott has been an alcoholic.

If he left, I don't think he left [GLP], then how does he know we aren't more logical or honest than we were?

That surely doesn't sound very logical.

I think he was just tired of being wrong so often, sort of like Duaine does a couple of times a year.  Proven wrong so often, disappear, no one will remember all those times that you were schooled.  Maybe even come back and say obama didn't lie to Americans because you changed your name and can't be held accountable for what Dewey said.  That's why it's better to credit the misinformation campaign to their real name so it will cover their name changes in one tidy package.

Unfortunately it is easy to slip into those behaviors.

Not sure how long it has been a problem for him, but based on his drunken posting rate, it is pretty bad.  Maybe time for him to take a break from it.

Harvard study -

At least 4,645 people died as a result of Hurricane Maria and its devastation across Puerto Rico last year, according to a new Harvard study released Tuesday, an estimate that far exceeds the official government death toll, which stands at 64.

The study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, found that health-care disruption for the elderly and the loss of basic utility services for the chronically ill had significant impacts across the U.S. territory, which was thrown into chaos after the September hurricane wiped out the electrical grid and had widespread impacts on infrastructure. Some communities were entirely cut off for weeks amid road closures and communications failures.

We all thought the official death toll in Texas after Hurricane Ike, in 2008, was far higher than what was presented by the government.  What's you point?  Trump was on the ground counting bodies?  We've all said our government hasn't been honest with us in over 50 years.

TEXAS CITY, Texas (AP) -- Hurricane Ike's death toll in the U.S. climbed past 50 on Wednesday and appeared to level off in Texas, where search teams pulled out of Galveston having searched the entire island for survivors.

another story reported

  • Death Toll

  • Numbers fluctuate between various sources but the U.S. death toll is between 70 (early figure in the S.D. Tribune) and 82 (later figure on Wikipedia). There have been many hurricanes much deadlier than Ike.
      Numbers on Wikipedia:
    • total: 195: 103 direct and 92 indirect (mostly U.S.)
    • Haiti: 74
    • Dominican Republic: 2
    • Cuba: 7
    • U.S.: 112 killed; 34 missing

And you just keep swallowing the bait he throws out.  When you are going to call this man out for what he is?  A liar.  A fake.  A racist.  An oligarch.  A moron.

You - along with Republican leaders - and Republicans in Congress who remain silent - and most of Trump's base - validate this idiocy by believing Trump's lies and repeating them even when Trump mouthpieces ADMIT that their statements aren't true.  Even Fox News is starting to call out Trump for his lies (from time to time).

C'mon, Reps, show that you have a few live brain cells remaining.

You got a candidate to beat him yet or you going to biatch 6 more years?   What bait did I swallow that he threw out?  I asked you did he count the dead bodies on the ground in P. R. and you disagree with his numbers?  I didn't see obama counting the dead after Ike when we disagreed with the numbers but I never heard anyone blame obama for the government's incorrect counting.

A truly great American. Remember, Trump said about Roseanne and her new show, "it's about us, they just don't get it". Well, I get it, it's about racism and self interest. Keep supporting this corrupt, morally repugnant liar.

From The Guardian -

Donald Trump criticized Mexico for not helping to stop the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States and repeated his campaign promise that Mexico will pay for building a wall along the US-Mexico border, prompting a public rebuke from Mexico’s president.

“In the end, Mexico is going to pay for the wall,” the US president told supporters in a campaign-style rally in Nashville, Tennessee.

“They do absolutely nothing to stop people from going through Mexico, from Honduras and all these other countries ... They do nothing to help us.”

Mexico’s president, Enrique Peña Nieto, swiftly responded on Twitter that his country will “never pay for a wall. Not now, not ever.” Mexico has long said it would not pay for a border wall and has chafed at Trump’s repeated insistence otherwise.

What you goofballs fail to understand is that no one cares who pays.  The wall has become a symbol for applying immigration law correctly. That is what is important.

Everyday, from the border actions, from the messaging designed to reduce the numbers coming here in the first place, the placement of troops on the border, fixing critical parts of the existing border walls, and extending them, to the ICE raids on neighborhoods and workpaces.   The illegal immigration problem is getting addressed.

This will serve to devastate the democratic party, which 100% depends on these illegals eventually voting dem illegally, or through their legal offspring.

There is new bill going through the house with DACA, wall, and immigration reform.  Let's see how it does.

Be very suspect of the quick fix working it's way through the house. Bipartisan means doing what Democrats want. In this case, a group of pro amnesty COC RINOS joining forces with open borders Democrats to legalize 700K plus DACA recipients, and probably all of their extended families which would mean about 3 million. What do you get for that compromise? Do you get a real border wall? Do you get more ICE and border patrol agents and Everify? I think you will get nothing but amnesty, and continued open borders.

Current proposals that include DACA all end chain migration.

Yes it is a tricky issues and RINOs have forced republicans to take bad deals in the past.  Hopefully we have learned from those.

No one really cares about a 700k DACA, if we can get the rest of this mess addressed correctly.  I just do not see a scenario, politically, where ice agents are going after these DACA kids to deport them.
