Kavanaugh, we're learning, is another christian freak masquerading as a judge. He apparently doesn't believe in contraception--or doesn't view contraception as a basic health-care right, even though about 95 percent of the women in American have been using contraception regularly--and wisely--for what, 50 years or so. Are you kidding? No, sadly, I'm not. He thinks birth-control pills are "abortion-inducing." Oh, my--he and Pence must surely belong to one of the christian cults in America with 18th century views. Kavanaugh is also pro-guns (the rubes will be pleased) and, like most Republicans, he loves big corporations much more than average American consumers or workers. In short, he not only looks like a televangelist, he acts like one too--and yet has spent most of the hearings trying to hide his true views. Oh, and conveniently, he apparently doesn't think presidents can be held accountable for breaking the law--which flies in the face of our consittution and our laws. NOBODY is above the law.

why does the government owe contraception to anyone?  Now if they wanted voluntary, government paid, sterilization I'm all for it.

Why is it okay to denigrate a person's faith?

If you want your employer to cover your contraception, work for someone who does.

Government should not force employers to provide it.

So, yea. Corey Booker just noted that Kavanaugh's name wasn't on Trump's list of potential SCOTUS nominees until after the Mueller probe began.

... and then Kavanaugh said he would not recuse himself if an issue related to the Mueller probe reached the SCOTUS.

So there it is.

Hey Heidi - can you name another candidate for POTUS that provided a list in the first place?

Trump has maintained his list judiciously from the start.  Adding names and removing names as needed.

The Kamala Harris sh1t show was awful today. Chasing Kavanaugh around the room about him supposedly having a 'conversation' with someone in Trump's law firm.  That law firm has like 300 lawyers, all super active in all aspects of our government.  Kavanaugh has likely talked to any number of them over the last few years.

Then you are naturally of course, taking on a responsibility.  Unless you crush your responsibilities head into little pieces and suck them out with a vacuum.

"Kavanaugh has likely talked to any number of them over the last few years."

I mean who hasn't discussed the Mueller investigation with another lawyer?  How is one supposed to remember such a thing?

He's a false Pence. Smart enough to know it isn't something most intelligent people would look for in a Supreme Court justice and hides it. I prefer someone with an open mind. She asked if he had talked to anyone with the law firm. he went on a 10 minute, uh, aaahhhh, brgbgngr, IIIIIII, can't be sure. What a dick.

How is this a melt down? You guys get off on characterizing all responses as melt downs or whining. Shows your dishonesty. You have no idea what the intent or emotions are behind a response. Lazy.

You admitted today that you were frustrated, that's the definition of a meltdown.

Another mischaracterization. Frustration has no direct connection to a melt down. As usual, you can say anything you like, but the truth ain't in ya.

Endless rants about the same thing, and completely missing what drives an entire segment of society.

You keep saying republicans are ok with trump lying or are being duped. Everyone knows exactly who he is. Completely delusional behavior to keep saying otherwise. You’ve adopted the dewylie tactic of continuing to say the same thing over and over and hoping it comes true.

How’s that working out for you?

The documents Booker grandstanded to release prove that Kavanaugh is supremely qualified to serve.

Here I thought the Right was searching out another Administration who cropped photos and instead they were searching out another Justice who avoided questions. If it was OK then, it’s OK now. I bet the Right howled like crazy when Kagan was questioned.

The number of documents provided related to Kavanaugh is five times greater than the number of documents provided for the five previous confirmation hearings combined.
