Dems did that.  So they could pass their agenda.  We told them they would be back whining like babies.  Just like the aggressive use of E.O's.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

Republicans, especially McConnell, have actually played super straight with the rules.  Would have been easy to get a number of legislations voted down in the house and force them through reconciliation and get them passed.  Dems used that path repeatedly.

Of course you don't want to hear when it started, because it started when the White House and Senate were under dem control.  While I agree with you on the premise it should be stopped, it was started by your party, complaining about it now is like saying your team should have a different strike zone.

Poster goes from blaming President Trump for changing how Congress operates and the use of EOs to saying he doesn’t care who started it when they realize it was their own party, and at the time President, that went off the procedural rails.
The same poster that said
‘My own personal beliefs can change from day to day,”

Dems are completely unhinged now with Booker violating Senate rules and SJWs continuing to interrupt the proceedings.  Everything they do works against themselves.

Kavanaugh does not believe that a president should be held accountable for breaking the law. That alone disqualifies him for the Supreme Court. He's just another right-wing ideologue trying to hide his views, which he can't because there is a record of his judicial opinions. And we wonder why the White House won't release all of his records. Actually, we don't wonder; we know, because the GOP like to cheat and so they are withholding information that would be detrimental to Kavanaugh's confirmation chances.

Go ahead and read some of his hundreds of judicial opinions and come back to the conversation when you have a clue, not just emotion
You would think you would get tired of looking so foolish

been reading too much Vox I see.  I watched him give his answer to that question yesterday.  You keep lying and monkeying around, your credibility is a smidgeon above a baboon.

Who started it doesn't excuse further incidents. Either it is wrong or not. Which one? I didn't ask who did it first, that's what 5th graders do when the teacher calls them down. Not productive.

I doubt you knew before today who actually made the rule changes.  You're just that incapable, before you came to this forum, of following current events.

Predictably says the person whose party benefited from it the first time around.  I highly doubt you would have chastised the dems when they were the first to implement the policy.

Clearly stated in my post. Try to find real issues, don't assume something and respond to it. It is difficult for me to respond to things that happened her prior to my finding this forum as over 2/3 of your crap is made up. Based on conjecture, supposition and outright lies. It's why I seldom engage you. It is pointless.

I made up nothing, you blamed the rule change on trump.  The rules were changed in the Senate.  This isn't a presidential matter, your never ending  EMO has clouded your senses and it is pointless to converse with you in this condition.  You've proven again that you're behind the curve.

Please don't blame me for your lack of self control.  Your lying is getting really bad.

You have misquoted what I said. Try to read what is written versus what you want said. I said he wanted to change the rules and go nuclear. He clearly said that, just like he said earmarks might be how we want to pass legislation. Google it. It should be easy for you to find.

This is a SCOTUS thread, we aren't talking about earmarks.  Quit moving the goalposts and your dewflecting needs to stop

I quoted your words exactly, post #145, I can't find where trump opined on the 60% threshold, you lied and then want to blame others.  Why do you do that?
