There used to be a Softball Scores Now website that was great for getting scores from all D1 games.
Anybody know if it is gone. The website wouldn’t come up for me.

They also updated scores on Twitter.

Anywhere else to go for scores (easily)?

I checked his website earlier and it looks like he let it expire.  Hasn't updated Twitter yet, but he tweeted in mid-January, so hopefully that will still be active.

The official NCAA site has a scores page with all (I assume, but maybe I shouldn't) of today's games and the only final they have listed is Grand Canyon/Charlotte.  Good job, good effort NCAA.

Every year I keep thinking the NCAA will have a go to site for up to date scores and info on women's college softball. today was the first day to check, new design but virtually zero scores updates box scores, nothing. Sad how college softball is rising in fans and enthusiasm but the NCAA still doing a  horrible job of keeping fans updated.

The NCAA Stats site has the games and links to the box score. You can also get to more detailed stats from there. Not sure what the update policy is there but it isn't real time.

There is also the ESPNU site which is what I normally use. They seem to be "near" real time :

Shows how little I visit ESPN anymore.  I didn't even think to look for a scoreboard there.  Only thing I use is WatchESPN/ESPN+ these days.

CRAZY game in Boca Raton.... Watten's Bethune-Cookman team was trailing in the seventh, eighth and ninth innings and ended up beating Virginia

How can that possibly be? FPN has ASU rated #11 and they used, you know, like stats and stuff.

Those stats don't factor in a Big West starting pitcher hitting/walking two batters on base before giving up a home run in two different innings.

I know a lot of these announcers on ESPN+/ESPN3 broadcasts are probably relatively new to broadcasting or softball, but it always amazes me when they admit on air that they don't know the rules.  Just heard a guy say he was surprised to hear that pitchers could re-enter a game.

I was switching between games on ESPN3/+ and stopped on the Winthrop/GA Southern game.  4th inning, it's 10-6 Winthrop and GA Southern leads off the bottom of the 4th with a HR.  Winthrop has 5 pitchers, 2 seniors, 2 juniors and a freshman.  Freshman hasn't thrown a pitch this weekend but I guess they decided to give her a shot.  She pitches 4 innings, gives up 2 singles and strikes out 11.  Final score, 10-7.  Pretty cool moment for that kid.
