We are well past the Point of No Return.

"Beginning next semester, an Illinois high school will allow students to use whichever locker room best corresponds to their professed identity.

The Evanston Township High School’s board voted 6-1 on Monday to enact the policy change, saying it would protect transgender students. One board member told local media that the decision was a “significant civil rights breakthrough,” while another described it as “a huge step forward.”

Before, Evanston Township High School let students choose which pronouns they’re called, which bathroom they use, and which physical-education class they attend, all depending on their gender self-identification. The school also offers gender-neutral transcripts. And until now, it has provided a third, gender-neutral locker room for transgender students."

Dems had MSM playing up Yates's testimony about warning WH Flynn was vulnerable to being blackmailed by the Russians. Thing is, the blackmail threat was minimized when Flynn's lying was discovered. SOP at that point is to cooperate with authorities so they can catch the blackmailers.

"What kind of society do you want to live in?": Inside the country where Down syndrome is disappearing

With the rise of prenatal screening tests across Europe and the United States, the number of babies born with Down syndrome has significantly decreased, but few countries have come as close to eradicating Down syndrome births as Iceland.

Since prenatal screening tests were introduced in Iceland in the early 2000s, the vast majority of women -- close to 100 percent -- who received a positive test for Down syndrome terminated their pregnancy.

Bama, Fresh, DC et al will avoid this like the plague.  No convictions behind their beliefs:

Over at Landspitali University Hospital, Helga Sol Olafsdottir counsels women who have a pregnancy with a chromosomal abnormality. They speak to her when deciding whether to continue or end their pregnancies. Olafsdottir tells women who are wrestling with the decision or feelings of guilt: "This is your life — you have the right to choose how your life will look like."

She showed Quijano a prayer card inscribed with the date and tiny footprints of a fetus that was terminated.

Quijano noted, "In America, I think some people would be confused about people calling this 'our child,' saying a prayer or saying goodbye or having a priest come in -- because to them abortion is murder."

Olafsdottir responded, "We don't look at abortion as a murder. We look at it as a thing that we ended. We ended a possible life that may have had a huge complication... preventing suffering for the child and for the family. And I think that is more right than seeing it as a murder -- that's so black and white. Life isn't black and white. Life is grey."

It's alarming to see Bama is able to drum up fake race controversies, but can not comment on the murder of innocent babies.  I guess to him life just isn't black and white.

More accurately "everybody that tests positive for it" since not everyone opts for the test and it isn't 100% accurate.

Added: Some are false positives. One report said 2.5%.

I don't know or care enough about this subject matter concerning Iceland, to have an opinion. My instincts tell me it is probably not as cut and dried as it seems. Just an opinion.

Heard a spot on the radio about it, said the test was 85 percent accurate. Guy said they wouldn't even kill cattle if it was only 85 percent accurate.

Guess life is grey to some.

Did you happen to check the sources of "guy on the radio", or is what you wanted to hear good enough for you?

I guess when the story disgusts you, attach the source.

I would too in this case.

Google search showed several articles saying 85% accuracy and others saying 85% opt for test, so I didn't include the 85% stat.

You originally said 2.5% which is probably right. Narrator quoted a guy on the radio at 85%. You're insinuating mandatory abortions from a test with an 85% success rate? Sounds wrong to me. Just an opinion.

2.5% was for false positives. There are also false negatives.

If you read anything about it you'd know nothing is mandatory - the test is optional and so are the abortions. Iceland's campaign has resulted in ~100% testing positive to opt for abortion. Similar stats in Europe with 98% aborting, however the testing rate may be lower.

Either read up or shut up. Keep your ignorant speculations to yourself.

It wouldn't really matter to you - they are just potential lives.
