1.UCLA -
2.WA
3.AZ
4.OR
5.CAL
6.OSU
7.ASU
8.STAN
9.UTAH

UCLA - Lose Perez and jelenicki but replace them with another monster class including the #1 recruit, P Megan Faraimo. Will she develop quickly enough to give Garcia the support she was missing the last two years? That could be the key to the Bruin's season.
WA - Lost  5 starters in the lineup but return what should be the best pitching duo in the country, both AA. Get the 2017 PAC RBI leader back in Flores and get USJWNT FR Madison Huskey and highly recruited transfer Livy Schiele to join returning players headlined by AA SS Sis Bates. Will that be enough offense? They wont need much.
AZ - lose Creighton and Hughes and bring in the 18th ranked class including P/OF Schuld the AZ GPoY. Return McQuillin and Denham and a good offense that reached the SR last year. Should happen again but can they make the step to the wcws? Need some luck and McQ to step up.
OR - lose 10! significant players to graduation or transfer. 2 AA pitchers and 2 other  AA. They had the 5th ranked recruiting class. Without the trnasfers, they would have competed again for the pac 12 title and a wcws birth. With Maggie Bailint and two unheralded pitching transfers they will struggle at times in the 3 game pac series'. Should be regional and maybe supers contenders but probably a stretch to make it back to the wcws.
CAL - Lose Jazmyn Jackson and Pettis and bring in a class that was ranked pretty highly a couple years ago but #25 coming in. Conley and Dung may be the 3rd best 1-2 punch in the pac and may be in line for another regional but just dont have the run support or top-tier stuff to go much further. Which seems lame, given they are an amazing school in the mother-lode of softball talent.
OSU - Lost starter Arriola and have the 31st ranked class coming in. Maizon and Nelson make a decent duo with Maizon having some success against some good lineups. Just not enough talent in all phases to truly compete though.
ASU - Lose 6 top players to graduation or transfer including all of their pitchers and their top hitter. They have a top recruit McGowan coming in as well as Cielo Meza in the circle. This is a team that went to the WCWS last year and are on the bubble for a regional birth if lucky.
STAN - loses Wagner (.188) and gets the 17th ranked class including nfca AA emily klingaman, and P Molly Millar. They've had a couple of good recruiting classeso. Dwyer should be better than last year but they still end up with probably the 2nd worst pitching staff. They're getting better but not ready to compete yet.
UTAH - Has some decimation of it's own(from graduation). Lost their pitchers Viramontes and Donvan as well as Hanah Bowen. Have 7 players coming in for the 16th ranked recruiting class including two pitchers. Hard to evaluate, but likely the worst pitching staff.

CJS- You hit the nail on the head for Cal. Dung and Conley looked really, really great in Fall Ball and will be a good 1-2 punch. The offense-however- will be horrendous. I expect to lose a lot of 1-0, 2-1, 2-0 type ball games.

Hoping Cal isn't far from a new, fresh coaching staff that emphasizes offensive development.
