Currently about 34% of the populace. Not enough, thank goodness, to get him reelected.

Freshy, Trump didn't have enough votes last election, remember?........Well, that's what we kept hearing.........You know, like you're saying now...........

But then, every other day during that election something was coming up and we'd hear Trump is done..........And, that was before the Dems adopted socialism in it's full version..........

What's funny is that the desperation of the Dems will help to add to Trump's voters............And, the fool Dems don't  even realize that...........Can't hardly wait for the debates, Freshy..........

First, that is an opinion piece. Second, you have to read past the headline to get the gist of the story. At least I didn't completely waste my time on this one like I usually do following rightie "proof pieces". I thought early on that Avennati might just be the right type of individual to fight our corrupt president. Fight fire with fire. I never took him seriously as a presidential candidate, but his tactics could be useful in exposing the filthy under belly of the corrupt world trump lives in. He knows that world and might be able to counter trump's success with the more uneducated among us. Guess you didn't read the article.

So it looks like they are already finding someone else to blame for 2020? They've already worn out their last round of excuses [well everyone but duaine and scotty], russian FB memes, and the collusion delusion only worked for the 34% of democrats who they call the low-infos.  Some really stoopid sheep out there who vote D no matter what.

Ya know, Real, it really is hard-to-believe that the Dems can get 34% to vote for 'em no matter what..........But, you nailed it, 34% is their base..........

Well it has been their base, but, I'm thinking that's beginning to drop - maybe drastically...........This immigration problem the Dems are causing is getting folks to thinking.........And, the full-blown socialism platform isn't helping the Dems cause either..........

That Dem splintering thing going on is a real thing..........

The more than 100,000 category is insane.  I think something like 40% in that tax salary range should have dropped a bracket.

Mnuchin says other G7 Countries are considering tax cuts after seeing our economic growth. I hope they recognize we increased our yearly deficit dramatically in order to fuel the economy so we could live it up on the financial backs of future generations. Better to enjoy both GDP growth and declining annual deficits as was generally the case under President Obama.

Today the President said he knows more about air and water than almost anyone else.  He also said he's losing about $3-5 Billion by being President.  I'll go out on a limb and say almost everyone in this forum, or anywhere else for that matter, knows the President is being dishonest with the American people by making those two comments.  It's damaging to this Country to have a leader who Americans know is being dishonest with them.

I don't know if you're trying to justify a President being dishonest or not but if you are, it's an odd response.  As for Obama, we can go round and round again about his comment.  When he said you could keep your doctor, he was saying you weren't being forced into using a "Government" doctor under the Obamacare law.  You were free to remain in the private market.  Btw, anyone could keep their doctor.  Doctors do take money if you want to see them.  You don't have to have insurance.

Anyway, you do agree with me President Trump was being dishonest with the American people by making those comments.  You just seem to agree it's OK for him to do so because you found somebody else you deemed dishonest.

No, you're being Mr. Justifier.  Just the same, I can see we're on the same page that President Trump is being dishonest with the American people and when our leader is dishonest, it's damaging to the Country.

Obama is not the subject and I never whine about Trump.  I'm not a supporter and I mostly criticize his dishonesty, his disrespect towards others, his divisiveness, and his name calling.  Trump and his supporters are the ones who whine.  They whine about press being unfair, FBI being unfair, Mueller being unfair, Fox being unfair, polls being unfair, etc.  That's what whining looks like.  Calling out the flaws of our President is not unusual and has been going on for decades.

My comments were deflected so I'll re-post here...

Today the President said he knows more about air and water than almost anyone else. He also said he's losing about $3-5 Billion by being President. I'll go out on a limb and say almost everyone in this forum, or anywhere else for that matter, knows the President is being dishonest with the American people by making those two comments. If by chance somebody wants to make a case that Trump wasn't being dishonest with those comments, please do so.

Trumps actual comment:
"I’m an environmentalist. A lot of people don’t understand that,"

"I think I know more about the environment than most people," "I want clean air. I want clean water. I want a wealthy country. I want a spectacular country with jobs, with pensions, with so many things. And that’s what we’re getting."

Fair enough.  Do you think he's being honest with the American people when he tells them he's an environmentalist and he knows more about air and water than most people?  How about when he says he is losing $3-5 Billion being President?
