Here is the spring schedule just released:

Great non conference schedule, terrible Big 10 schedule. Ohio State is the only half way decent team they have in conference play.

I go to the USF Wilson-Demarini softball Tournament every year.  It is at USF, in February.  Florida, Michigan and USF headline it.
Weather is usually gorgeous for softball.  But Michigan has had some tough games/loses here.  See last February.  But I will say this, Coach Hutchins sucks it up, and comes back every year....Should be a great softball tournament to start the year....

I wish Michigan and Minnesota could sneak in a game while they are both in Tallahassee in February. If the B1G is going to continue with this East-West scheduling, they should get creative. If Nebraska, or Minnesota, etc are off the schedule, try to schedule them while they are in East Lansing. I know it is difficult to do, but Michigan needs to get some quality games in the second half of the season instead of the weakest B1G East teams and MAC.

Softball adopted the same scheduling as football. Michigan plays all of the East teams (PSU, Maryland, Indiana, MSU, OSU, and Rutgers) every year. Then alternates 2 (I believe) West teams per year. Nebraska has yet to visit Ann Arbor for a conference series. It's silly, but I guess saves on travel.
