Agreed, but that doesn't excuse trump's actions.

as for Russia - I think we all knw they hacked DNC, and WikiLeaks leaked it.  I personally doubt there was some grand conspiracy with trump campaign in that regard.

the wife and I were watching some related news item tonight, and she was amused at the spin each side put on it.

the fact is, 45% of the country will buy the dem spin, 40ish will buy the GOP spin, and the rest of us have to use our own brains and develop our own opinions.

original thought is a dying practice in this country.

Mike it is a dying practice. When I went to college we were taught how to think for ourselves. Today they  are told what to think.

Sure it does.  It completely explains it.  6 months of muh Russian nonsense not a shred of evidence.  10 mins after trump trolled them with "obummer tapped me" that all disappeared.

Zero proof it was the russians that hacked DNC.  Did you see the 2 hacks used against DNC?  Anyone could have done them easily.  10 mins work.

original thought was killed by sleepy republicans and shifty dems.

Dewey doesn't think for himself, including voting. He obediently thinks and does whatever the Demokratik Party elites tell him. He even leaves it up to the elites to determine Party rules, leaders and nominees. He just sits back and waits for instruction.

Can you imagine the back lash if a Fox panelist suggested Michelle Obama did sleazy porn?

How about threatening to pimp her out in retaliation for criticism of his uncle shooting POTUS in a video?

I'm not sure where this behavior leads, or leaves the Democrats in the next midterms. I theorize they are trying to mobilize their base. I wonder if these actions will encourage turnout, or encourage defection by the base. Remember, it wasn't just Republicans that elected Trump. A lot of people left the Democrats in key states. If they show up in larger than normal numbers, what is the guarantee that they don't double down and vote not for Republicans, but against the left that is going all out to criticize any and everything that resembles pro traditional American values, and American workers? The Democrats wove this web, they will have to navigate their way back to the middle. At this point, they are rejecting anything but the far left. Carry on Democrats, you still don't get it.

I  think it depends on whether anything useful happens with Obamacare, taxes, and immigration.

If they go 3 for 3, the voters are there.  If they go ofer, they will flee.

I think only committed partisans, on both sides, watch these stupid pundit shows anymore.  Everyone gets out of them what they agree with, and ignores the rest.

I am sick of these shows, on both sides, and don't watch them at all anymore.  This punditocracy is part of what is killing America and American thought.

If this stuff keeps happening, the Democrats will never get out of the wilderness:
