Which by the way was thrown out. Those pesky details! That you either don’t know or wish to leave out. This will not end well for LM. Raginpagin.com.
You could also go read the documents from the university’s investigation.

Likely the others were redacted as some were minors and they were students.

I read those Title IX complaints and they did not seem very specific, nor very bad.  It is really hard to segment in my mind which of these title IX complaints were a part of the original stuff that Loteif was raising?

If anyone thinks the university is going to settle this soon, I think you are mistaken. Their football coach at one time, Jerry Baldwin, sued them for wrongful termination after he went something like 4 and 20. L. It dragged through the courts for 17 years Baldwin lost. Finally put to rest this year.

There will be no settlement.

And, when it all comes to light everyone will see what scum this guy really is.

He screams retaliation because of his Title IX complaints.  That had NOTHING to do with why he was fired.

He berated players with sexual and rape analogies.  He browbeat one player so badly she harmed herself and then he suggested she do a better job next time if she wanted to kill herself.

There are players who were abused by Lotief going back a decade who never reported it because of fear of retaliaiton.  This includes a player who was hit ground balls and was forced to dive over and over again for over three hours.  It was so bad her back was damaged...and still is.

Those who were quiet before will be quiet no more.

And, some of this stuff is so salacious we overlook something.

He vigorously jabbed his finger near the collarbone of a co-worker.  His lawsuit talks about his diminished physical capacity and points out the person in question is an MMA fighter.  (Actually, a boxer.)

And, they overlook the fact SHE IS A WOMAN.  That BY ITSELF is grounds for dismissal.  Don't believe me.  Go try it in your office and see what HR does to you.

Lotief is evil.  So is his wife.

Does this get settled out of court?

He's not concerned about winning.  He is trying to destroy the program and those in authority.

There will be no out of court settlement.

Jody you seem to have some inside track on the happenings in this case.

Enough bothers me about the Lotief(blue) side of things.  I pointed those out above, like which title IX complaints were the in the original set that Lotief was bringing up.

Something bothers me about the ULL sides of things as well.  "Those who were quiet before will be quiet no more."  I find it a bit hard to believe years and years of students graduate and do not out Lotief for these actions.  I get that while they are at school, they may not want to say anything as there can be consequences.  I am talking about players that have graduated.  If there is rampant issues as you are saying, usually a few weeks after they graduate/leave the program they are in a position to air these issues with no consequences at all.   Find it hard to believe after years and years nothing has come to light, right up until Loteif's firing, then blam this super long laundry list of issues has 'existed' for a long time.

Any help understanding that would be appreciated.

"And, some of this stuff is so salacious we overlook something."  Later, I might have a question on this one as well.

Like my mom and dad use to say, if you don't have something good to say about somebody, just STFU. Hope you got that, SECFAN91

Did Mama teach you to use a computer as well?

What I"m saying here is so much of this has to do with the comments he's made to players.  We concentrate on this because is it salacious.

The incident with the female co worker is grounds for dismissal, even if he never abused anyone else.

I'm backtracking on nothing, fido.

I'm simply explaining that we are spending all our time about the abuse of players, while saying little about the physical contact with a female co-worker.  Which would have gotten his ass fired if none of the other stuff had happened.
