Yo babe. Evidently when McScup gets mad, his command of the English language suffers.

It's kind of funny. IU is so irrelevant that they can't even hold peoples attention on a thread concerning their relevance.

Just looking at records and accomplishments, doesn't Stanton's record look pretty similar (in percentages) to Gardner's record at Nevada?

I seems the idiot scupino has taken down his post regarding Mowat not being a good coach.

Must have been hitting the hooch hard that night.

Yes, just to keep the thread relevant.

Ok stupid question time, I have seen references to it but not been said. Does the B1G mandate the hiring of females for softball coach?

Obviously not mandated, but recent history would say otherwise. I think a lot of people were shocked about the candidates for the IU job that were never even interviewed. Seems like the key to being relevant in the Big Ten would be to keep the top layer of local talent home. OSU and Minnesota have probably been the best at that and it shows in their recent success. Big Ten programs have shown that they're more willing to chase second tier talent from programs in the West than making significant offers to in-state, or a contiguous state, talent. Honestly, if I was the IU Coaches my first call would be to Bandit, Indiana Magic, etc. coaches inquiring about their rosters. Big Ten is a great degree that holds up well on a national basis and with a reasonable assurance of playing in the tournament, I think more kids would be open to playing closer to home.
