bluedog, I can't guarantee that Texas will vote for Trump in November.  There are just as many stoopid people here that will vote for hilLIARry as there are stoopid people who will vote for the orange man.  No campaigning for either of this two morons, flip floppers and liars is needed.  Some won't be able to vote for either and I don't really blame them.

I can't skip out after 10 elections in a row, I'll vote for the idiot over the liar

I think I voted for the first time in 1978 at age 18. I remember going through the sign in and then going to the booth for the first time. I felt weird, because some 50 year old guy in his business suit going into another booth was giving me the evil eye.

Now at my age, I fully understand why he was giving me the Ojo. He saw an 18 year old Dude with long hair, and thought he was having his vote cancelled out. Looks can be deceiving.

I voted in 1976 @ 18 for Gerald Ford, don't know how I knew to vote [R] because growing up, my parents were not political but they weren't on the dole either.
One of dewy's favorite voting tactics, it was a mail in ballot in the USMC, mailed in from California

Real, there's a campaign yet to come.......Trump has never run against Hillary......We've seen what the others have done against Trump........I expect more of the same when Trump goes against Hillary......

You talk about stupid people who vote.......For me, the ones who claim to be undecided are the voters whose intelligence is suspect..........But, supposedly, there are a lot of those......Between them and Dems who will cross-over, I believe Trump can win.......

IMO, for every one who won't vote for Trump, there are just as many who won't vote for Hillary......Probably a wash........

I voted in 1976 @ 19 for Ford. It's my most memorable election day for a couple reasons. First, a housemate refused to vote, so another carried out his threat of removing his bedroom door - didn't give it back until April. Second was a lengthy college midterm where the last problem was designing a machine to total votes for Ford and Carter with indicators for whom was leading.

I know I've made this point before so forgive me but I will vote for any candidate over Clinton.  The notion that she lied to the faces of the families of those that died in Benghazi and then had the nerve to make comments about how Ambassador Stevens was her friend is unforgivable.  I hold certain things in high regard and those that represent our country in any number of ways while in harm's way are right at the top.  I feel so badly for those families.  If you have heard them talk, they absolutely feel that they were lied to!

I haven't sat out an election in 30+ years, and I won't sit out this one either.

Trump is dangerous.  Clinton is a crook.  They are both world class liars.

I won't vote for either.

I wouldn't vote for Donald Trump under any circumstance and my support for those who serve also plays in my decision.

Here is a three star general sharing his thoughts about Donald Trump:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/checkpoint/wp/2016/03/07/the-military-is-not-his-palace-guards-retired-three-star-general-says-of-donald-trump/

Ex:

Hertling forcefully disagreed, calling the Republican front-runner’s management style “toxic leadership.”

“Somebody needs to remind Mr. Trump that the military is not his palace guards,” Hertling said. “They take an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. They also abide by the rules — not only of the uniform code of military justice, the UCMJ — but they also abide by the U.N. mandate against torture and the Geneva Convention protocols against torture.”

Here we read about officers planning to quit if Mr. Trump becomes POTUS.

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/12/16/pentagon-troops-it-s-us-or-trump.html

Something to think about before casting a vote for Trump.

are democrats crying about Hillary stealing the nom thru superdelegates, or is this crybaby phenomenon unique to trumpies?

Dems just show up and vote for whoever the party bosses tell them to. After all, it's all about a check in the mail and an EBT card for those living on the Dem Socialists Slave Plantation. Begone ye lowly sheep, flee before me. Go curl up on your couch, and sip your juice box like you suckle off the teat of all responsible Americans that provide for your ineptness, or get off your ass, and get a job. Come by and I will work your ass off and pay you a good wage. Instead, you prefer to sit on the couch and B#tch about your self created downward spiral into servitude, and kneel down and kiss the ring of your Socialist Slave Masters. Pitiful.

Bernie's supporters complain about superdelegates and there's some talk of contesting the convention if she doesn't have enough pledged delegates for the nomination, however I think it is a moot point if he can't overtake her lead in pledged delegates.

I think there are several reasons behind Trump's complaining about the system.
1. He's trying to save face after being outplayed.
2. He's intimidating the establishment from taking action to deny him the nomination.
3. He's controlling the media cycle to block out his competitors.
4. He doesn't have anything else to talk about.

This election will illustrate the Right votes Republican as blind followers, continuing their opposition to all things coming from the Democrat Party.  An unqualified candidate like this TV celebrity will deter few Libertarian type voters in 2016, and hardly any inside here.  Outside of mikec and somebody else here I've forgotten, I've yet to find another UCS Republican who won't pull the lever for the Donald.  Woody should talk.

I wonder if the disruptions caused by Sanders and Trump will prompt either party to enact restrictions before the 2020 cycle so recent converts can't run for their presidential nomination. Both Sanders and Trump are only interested in the nomination and neither has done anything to help or show loyalty to their party.

Does anyone else find Dewey's use of "Libertarian" highly questionable? It doesn't seem to fit how he applies it.

Dems have voted for Trump in record numbers already, dems have hijacked this election.

I've told this forum, including the dumbass known as dewy, that I have voted for 2 democrats in my ten elections and he still spews falsehoods.

He used it on me when I was showing differences I had with the Republican Party. Sometimes he means Libertarians when he says conservatives, and sometimes he doesn't. He has a hard time keeping them straight.

What's more hilarious to me is that if an "inexperienced" candidate is white and a republican, it's a bad thing.

A General running his mouth about disobeying an order from his superior is laughable.......They wouldn't have to be concerned about quitting.......They'd be thrown out with a dishonorable after their court-martial......

Wouldn't even be a thought in the Marine Corps.......

While I agree a large portion of the country, right and middle and even left, that have been harmed over the last 7 years will definitely vote against all things Democrat.
But you only have to look at the last election cycle when Republicans stayed away in droves rather than vote for a candidate they didn't believe in, Romney, to know the blind following is a forte of your side.

Spazdad went back in history three whole years to disprove Dewey's "blind followers" theory.

Which says a lot about Dewey's mental state.

Again, not sure what planet you guys live on as Romney got more votes than McCain.

2008

Obama - 69,500,000           McCain - 60,000,000

2012

Obama - 66,000,000           Romney - 61,000,000

Not sure what planet you are on, but no one said he didn't. Spaz said they stayed away in droves, which could be true even though he got more votes than Romney. More stayed away for McCain.

I don't think I know too many people who will vote for her. 10% of people I know, if that

I am wondering if the mikec plan will gain steam nationally

As pabar would ask, (except he asks when I express an opinion rather than presenting a fact), do you have any evidence Republican voters stayed away in droves in 2012?
