It is not even clear she was actually saying Roe was wrongly decided.  But maybe just citing scholarly works that discussed Roe as an erroneous decision as any good legal paper would do.  

Still seems this would be a battle given current politics in the Senate.

I would encourage everyone to focus on finding other ways to handle these unwanted pregnancies. 

Avoiding them through abstinence, contraception or any other means is of course preferred. 

Rebuilding out adoption system makes a ton of sense.  Not sure why we allowed the lawyers to tear it apart in the first place.
