well first Pac 12 is not "rising up" they were the dominant conference for the majority of this existence of this sport. and im pretty sure people hated that "sec rise up crap" when it was happening a couple of years ago

Its still a tremendous coaching job with what Georgia accomplished this season and making it to the world series

The offenses transformation in particular is crazy!
im proud of the team overall, but when you play like this right now, its frustrating. we don't play good away from jack turner stadium it seems.

It was just what Amanda Scarborough said in the Super Regional.

Florida scares pitchers in the circle, and for no good reason.

Florida isn't the greatest hitting team, but when pitchers stand in the circle and see them wearing the Florida jersey, they get scared and are afraid to throw strikes.

The key to pitching against Florida is to go RIGHT AFTER THEM and THROW A LOT OF STRIKES!!!

But teams are too scared to pitch strikes against the Gators because they are in fear they will get smacked, which is a false claim.

The call was correct. I don’t agree with the rule but it was applied correctly.

...yet Mathis sits in the dugout. Freshman kid and, if she even stays @ UGA is the best option for the future there. Pretty sure she could've given up bunch of long balls & runs also.

And that's just embarrassing for Wilson. Poor kid.

If I'm Mathis I'm giving Champers the Heisman.

I agree that pissed them off, but honestly she could have broken her neck the way she went for that tag. Come on now, tell me that wasn’t excessive

Here’s the real real:

Is this indicative of our situation in the circle and on defense? Absolutely.

Is this indicative of how we have played in the postseason and what the team is capable of? Definitely not.

Bad games happen and this - by every way imaginable - has been a nightmare game for Georgia. Certainly not the way I wanted to start things, but confident we can come out and play better against our next opponent.

Hats off to Florida for getting hot at the right time! (Pains so much to say that...)

It's time for Fico to go.

There, I said it (publicly). Been saying it privately, but secrets out. She's NOT developing any of the pitchers.

Napoli through three batters actually did not look bad, I mean the Hit By Pitch was not ideal but the walk before could have easily had three balls turned into strikes.

gosh especially Ablan. was supposed to be one of the elite pitchers from her class. she was probably better in middle school than she is now.

If we don't lose three pitchers when the season is over, it'll be a miracle.

Without any real development, we get what we paid for. All these kids deserve much, much more than that.

Do y'all think its a developmental problem or a recruiting problem for some of these pitchers?

Some don't have bad stuff but can't control the nerves/jitters
