I just can’t see Baylor making it this year. Not sure their pitching can do it

Goodman from Chipola State

Never heard it called Chipola State, but I’d take either of their pitchers.

Goree seems like she would be the better fit, but you’re right in that either she or Goodman would be great gets.

For goodness sake I hope Aileen is out trying to grab one of them up.  As someone who worked at YH and knows how beneficial that transfer from JC to D1 can be, I hope she is out trying to grab one up.

They certainly are beneficial. Jessica Elliott did a lot for the Gamecocks. Even though she would walk half the line up every game, she ate innings and did some good work

Chipola College beat MS State this weekend.  I believe MS State came to Chipola's campus.

Yes and no. Chipola has the better pitchers by a mile or two.

Nah, that’s just bad. No D1 SEC team should get beaten by a CC

I wouldn’t say by a mile. Ward isn’t bad at all. They’re probably all very close.

Have not seen Baylor play, so no clue what they have or don't have, but I have to think that Carlee Wallace though they had a shot when she decided to transfer there from Auburn.

Looking at their fall schedule, they played several SEC schools. It’s just hard to find fall results unless you attend a game. They played Tennessee, Ole Miss, Florida, Mississippi State, and they play LSU this week.

Edited: can’t find info on Tennessee games. Florida game was cancelled according to Twitter. Ole Miss beat them 12-1 according to their fall article. Mississippi State split a double header with them according to twitter.

Depends on who is her favorite. Silkwood had a leash a mile long.

Oh if they kept Jay around as long as they did, I'd bet Vann's leash is decent.  But I wouldn't be surprised to see her end up as an assistant again.  Maybe if she keeps losing to Smith, it will expedite her transition back to being an assistant.

If Vann was any good, the Bulldogs would be be way better than they are by now.  She is a terrible head coach.

Chipola played Auburn October 20 and lost 1-0.  Auburn had trouble hitting their pitcher, and actually scored on a throwing error.  Auburn's three best pitchers no-hit Chipola.

Who do you consider Auburn's 3 best pitchers?

Extrapolation from the Auburn article would mean the poster is referencing Carlson/Martin/Harris.
