It is now clear, a D1 softball coach shoved a student athlete. Regardless of what the player did before and after the initial incident, she was shoved on her upper chest/shoulder by the coaches forearm. So I would like to know what should happen to a coach who clearly shoves a student athlete.

Jesus Christo dude, he absolutely did NOT shove her...he gave a simple "I know wtf you're pissy ass little game is" tap...and she went ballistic.  End of story.

Hey TBALLMVP, trying to gather up "expert opinions" for a potential lawsuit? Or just trying to beat a dead horse?

Ok that was not a shove! She intentionally shoved him, his tap on her shoulder could or couldn't have been on purpose. If her hand had been up it would have been a high five. We'll never know but we do know the player had a bone to pick with that coach and she got that done on camera.

Ye Tball, this is the THIRD time you've posted the same delusional rant and it still doesn't hold water.

The poor princess got tapped on the shoulder & started to crap nickels. Walton made a poor decision but it pales in comparison to the reaction.

If this was a female coach or same thing happened during a basketball/football game the SEC would swoop in so fast make your head spin. Sadly, crickets right now.

So they've said both shove and nudge.  So they're as decisive as we all are.

At this point, what is your goal?  Nothing is going to come of this other than Fagan graduating in May.

Did al.com report a shove?  Unless Skarbinsky calls it a shove, I won't buy it.

Kellyanne Conway has also released a statement saying, "President Elect Donald Trump believes Ms. Fagan was shoved, and anything else put out by the media is simply alternative facts."

Both definitions are intentional, so why not make an attempt to address the title of the topic.

I already did in the the thread in which we beat the horse senseless, maimed it, and then killed it. Look at my posts.

Now it appears you're trying to revive the dead horse.

If you really want to pick a fight, get the cops to press charges. Or/and, get a frigging lawyer and bring a case against Walton.

But let it go here, on this site. Not much anyone here can legally do except piss in each other's Wheaties.
