@realDonaldTrump: Wow, looks like James Comey exonerated Hillary Clinton long before the investigation was over...and so much more. A rigged system!

How Ironic it will be if Comey is found to have outed himself for perjury?

All those people who criticized Trump for firing Comey...

First, I don't think we know much yet.

Second, trump exonerated her before Comey, by saying she'd suffered enough.

Throw a Clinton tweet out there, rile up the base.  Classic Hannity move by the POTUS.

It's not just a Trump tweet that I'm referencing.  But Trump's actions with regard to Hillary have nothing to do with Comey's incompetence.

We don't know the whole story on Comey yet. I have a hard time believing a seasoned political/government official is that careless. Let's see how the timeline plays out from the Mueller investigation. He seems to be able to control leaks better than anyone. There will be a lot of information released at once.

What's clear is the Dem-controlled DOJ obstructed justice so HRC wouldn't be indicted. Bernie supporters should be all over this too.

- Faux investigation: no grand jury, no subpoenas, numerous irregularities in treatment of suspects, ...

- Lynch: call investigation a "matter"

- Tarmac meeting was discovered purely by accident. I expect there were other improper communications.

- Lynch didn't recuse herself after tarmac meeting.
...

Indicted for what?
Only recluse herself if she discussed Hillary with Bill. We don't know what they talked about, so can't really say that.

If that is true, the Comey for sure lied under oath.  for that he gets jail.

Does not seem very smart to me.

Hillary mishandled top secret materials and a real investigation would have proved it. They protected her and gave us a dog-and-pony show.

Recluse is what HRC became after losing the election. Recusal is SOP whenever there are concerns about a conflict of interest. Lynch didn't recuse herself as a fail-safe in case DOJ did their job.

Do you want me to speak up every time one of your buds mishandles a word. I don't. I'm not a secretary, I don't proof every sentence. It's the message and when you have no answer, find some grammatical mistake.
Where's your proof she mishandled classified information, other than the personal email server. If you locked people up for that, wouldn't be any government. It's incredible to me how gullible you guys are for false information that supports your beliefs. I've found hundreds of memes about Trump that didn't pan out. I don't trash this conversation with them. If I say something, it comes from multiple sources or I state it's an  opinion.

Getting salty about word corrections.

You even admitted that she mishandled classified information in your reply.

Comey, along with all the other "experts" truly believed that Clinton would win and all of his sins would go unnoticed and unpunished and he would easily retire as Head of the FBI.
A lot of democrats, Lynch, Hillary, Comey, Rice, Lerner, etc... were very sloppy and broke numerous laws thinking that once Hillary was in the White House nobody would ever find out.
And along came Trump! Now they are all on a mission to distract American people with false claims of Russia influence, racism, First Lady shoes, blah blah blah to keep the spotlight away from themselves.

Calm down dude, I just had some fun with it. Pointing out every misspelling and typo on here would be a full time job - especially with uwA. Usually only do it when it can be spun for fun or the poster brags about how much smarter they are.

Newsflash! Comey said she mishandled classified info. He made up a reason of needing 'criminal intent' to charge her. That was a lame excuse since he didn't intend to charge her.

It's incredible to me how gullible you guys are for false information that supports your beliefs.

Like AI said...
But you're talking about memes, man. What are you talking about? Memes? You're talking about memes, man!

You're talking about memes! You're talking about memes... You ain't talking about my post! You're talking about memes, man!

- Felony is punishable by imprisonment (e.g. sailor). Petraeus plea deal was for misdemeanor.

- Powell started email acct before State had their own system. His recommendation was made AFTER HRC initiated her private server.

Whole story was covered extensively in Hillary 2016 thread and others.

Very odd no emails between HRC and her campaign were leaked, especially from Podesta's acct.

Powell recommended she get her own private server?

Where would one find such information?

Tell them Dems to quit burying it.  It is dishonest.

HC : "But Judge Colin Powell told me to do it"
Judge: "Hillary, don't be dense.  You knew it was wrong.  Signed contracts stating that you knew it was wrong. "

Irrelevant what-aboutism. From the article:

Powell, who did not have a private server, recently spoke out against claims that his email practices excused Clinton’s own use of a private email server, or that he advised her to set up such a system in any way.

“Her people have been trying to pin it on me,” he told People magazine in August. “She was using [the private email server] for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did.”

All that was common knowledge and well documented. Not even the most frantic lib was parroting the powell-made-me-do-it story anymore. So, that makes fresh look either stupid or a liar. Which do you think it is?

Everyone knew about Hillary's server, including the Russians.

Having a personal private server is fine.  No one has said boo about that.

Taking classified information and sending it to your unauthorized private server is against the law.

Everyone that handles Top Secret information goes through training.  They sign an agreement before they are ever handed that Top Secret information.  That training and agreement make it clear that they are only allowed to store and forward on servers/systems specifically authorized.  That if there is any questions, you are to ask you infosec team.

Of course if you worked in IT like you say you do, you would realize that almost every company has policies to help protect information.  That if you violate those policies the consequences are clear, and you will be exited.   That is all we have here.  Clear violation of the policies, except this time it is a law, and there are clear consequences.  Expecting those to be enforced can never be a losing strategy.  They are based on truth, and consequences.
