A teenage kid that made that Trump body slam on CNN video.

CNN was so butthurt over that video that they pressured Reddit until Reddit gave them the kids email address.

CNN then threatened the kid with Doxxing (release of his identity to the public) if he did not apologize and agreed not to do it again.  They ended their announcement of the kids apology with this clear threat: "CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change,"

/pol + Anonymous have mobilized fully on CNN.  Their home address, their private phone numbers, the locations of their kids schools, they are trying podesta fishing attacks, contacting advertisers, etc.

CNN says he apologized beforehand. They claim he is a grown man. Who knows. You can choose to believe them if you like.
Websites are not allowed to divulge user information without a court order. The fact that they went back door to get it through his ISP that is owned by the same entity speaks volumes to their intent.
People always support an action if it benefits their cause even if it's wrong.

If I were CNN, I would have just outed  him, just like the guy from the debate. Be who you are; if you are not an anti-Semitic reddit troll, don't post like one.

CNN is already going to pay dearly for what they have done.  Let's see how bad it gets.

A lot of evidence points to the fact that the "apologized beforehand" could not have happened based on CNN's own posts.

CNN is crisis mode over this.  i would not trust a word that they publish/say.  I've heard that the kid's IP address was "mined" by hackers.  If so, that is even worse.  Also, Ted Cruz has issued a statement saying that CNN might be guilty of illegally gaining the IP Address, threatening to reveal an identity that was considered secret and gained without legal means and then, blackmail.  Of course, we have all heard something different.  It will be interesting to see just how far this goes and if the lame stream media mentions it at all.

It is pretty clear that they got the kids ip address directly from Reddit, not from hackers.  Once they had that, it was easy as the kid was getting Internet service from Time Warner, who is CNN's parent company.

Broad corporate media empires trying to shove their agenda at us using tricks and collusion has been exposed endlessly this last 18 months.  Now they are using illegal means to apply thought police tactics to ideas that they do not like.

If there is any doubt.  CNN claimed "The apology came after" they reached out to the kid.

If an MSM outlet puts themselves in a position to be the arbritars of free speech and the censors of public debate, and then threaten those that they don't agree with, no matter how abhorrent, then the first amendment is sh@t and nobody can post their personal thoughts under protection of the first amendment. CNN crossed an ethical line. They are absolute hypocrites, and every personal detail about every employee from top to bottom should be published on the web. There is no high ground here, just the suppression of free speech by a corporate news conglomerate. To argue otherwise is both disingenuous and disgustingly Leftist in its nature.

Further I submit an FCC violation was committed and an immediate review of CNNs licensing should take place. Threatening private citizens with the disclosure of their personal papers is a violation of the 4th amendment, and last time I checked CNN was only a branch of the DNC, not the Federal government. If their threat to out a citizen for their political views is not immediately enjoined by both private and public lawsuits, then our days as a Republic are numbered. Free speech will have been neutered.

The guy's posts, of which there are many, cross the line into threatening. Reporters and their families are getting threats. So you don't like what CNN reports go to Fox or Brietbart. But these are people at CNN many of whom don't report on politics. They have a right to exist and do their jobs. If you are confident of your own views, why the need to trash another so-called point of view from existence? I personally don't care that Fox exists. In fact I know two correspondents there. Finally the reason the info is only coming from a reporter is that the weenie is too scared to come forward and own his behavior! So there's that.

The left feels they have right to deem anyone a racist or a facist, just cause they do not agree with their white guilt driven agenda.  We have seen it play out here endlessly.  Once you label them racist or facist, then you are free to say or do what every you want.

Witness bamatard calling Kir a child molester.

Real question is why should Americans not work hard to undo that type of crazy influence?

It's called 100 million dollar lawsuits against those that want to suppress free speech. It may not matter to the MSM talking heads, but their board members, and most importantly their major stock holders seem to understand monetary loss for libelous, and slanderous speech against private citizens. That is absolutely what they understand, and what will be used against Leftist MSM outlets. They aren't libeling politicians, but specifically companies, and individuals that suffer actual monetary losses because of their "investigative" reporting. These are called punitive damages in a court of law. See the link. 1.9 billion lawsuit settled. How do the stockholders justify activist journalism at their expense?

The white supremacist who made the Trump / CNN / wrestling video is a middle aged man. The statement that it was a 15 year old is an outright lie, just like everything that comes from Trump online supporters in the white nationalist crowd. To repeat ... it is a LIE.

The even bigger issue is that we have a pathetic child for a president who chose to retreat it to the world. The maker of the video thing is a deflection from the fact that we have an incompetent, mor0nic, depraved piece of szhit for a president. And a bunch of "so-called Christians" who put him there. America is certain not great with this man and his supporters.

I guess I need an example of a false news story made up by CNN. Any news service can make a mistake, but reporting reliable sources statements and then finding them to be wrong doesn't constitute "fake news". I consider fake news a story intentionally fabricated to demean or slander someone. Like the Obama birth certificate fiasco.

CNN and MSNBC are vulnerable to false news stories because they are so eager to go with anything Libs will lap up. Ben Rhodes publicly boasted how they manipulated the media to sell the Iran deal. They're still doing it, however LSM is a willing accomplice.

CNN and MSNBC are both guilty of distorting stories, especially in "Breaking News" text banners and the text crawl along the bottom. In mid-Feb, CNN started with an accurate quote from a newspaper article of "repeated" contact and subsequently distorted it to "frequent" and "continuous". They also like to overstate Russian meddling was to help Trump despite the Intel report saying it was primarily payback for HRC meddling in their election and to undermine confidence in US elections.

Does FOX not manipulate anything?  Remember when they had to retract a story about indictments coming down, and that Obama had ordered wiretaps?

Nah, I suppose you don't, because trump didn't go on a stupid twitter tirade about Fox, because they are his adoring pals.

From reports by Washington Post, New York Times and WSJ, I believe there were continuous and frequent contacts with Russia from Trump staff members. How is that a distortion?

The republicans were at work and raising families. Dems were not at work, and took the day off from aborting their children to attend the free with a big fee attached, hot dogs and koolaid party.
