Sorry for the thread bump, but there's been a development in this issue:

A UK court has declared that Brexit will now have to get Parliament approval before it can happen.

Yeah, I was kinda glad to hear that a few days ago because deciding something that major on a simple majority doesn't make sense to me. Cameron screwed up bigly when he figured it wouldn't pass - he should have required a super-majority to pass and allowed for it to be brought up again periodically.

Will May get a softer Brexit than she originally wanted if she has to negotiate with Parliament?

Sounds like the courts decided the electorate doesn't have a say in the course their nation takes. This reminds me of California's prop 187. Who do those peasants think they are anyway?

The UK Supreme Court has ruled that Article 50 must get Parliament approval.

Kind of like Judges in California telling Voters their vote for Prop 187 required approval from their loft on high.. Mere citizens have no say on how they want their state to operate. It takes approval of the more equal animals that run the farm.

Brexit passed Parliament.

Now it is up to the government to determine whether they want a Hard Brexit or Soft Brexit in EU negotiations.

It sounds like May might trigger Article 50 at the end of the month.

Le Pen has a shot.  If the French want to save their country from disaster like the U.S. did, they'll elect that woman.  Compared to hilLIARy, she cares about her country.  I'm sure the French want to Make France Great Again and get rid of the riff raff

Trump is used to having a large team of lawyers working for him. Now he has a House, and Senate full of lawyers working against him.

Barron is a marketing genius.  He understands that letting you use his brand while remaining in a super solid position to be able to claim at it any point, makes the brand go on hyperdrive.

Hence Xerox. Microsoft.

Dewy doesn't like strong, independent women. That's why he supported hilLIARy. He lives in a cocoon and has no idea who Marie le Pen is.

HilLIARy was a shill for the Washington way and one thing dewy worships is the Washington way.

England is on the ropes.
