Cats need to keep the pressure on, especially if they put Garcia in. Cats want a serious run-rule after 5 to save face.

SNM - one adjustment so far. Edior RH hit for Statman LH.

Next in T4, Watson runs for Kati.

Have to chuckle at the mid-inning interview with KIP. I'm not sure I've ever seen a coach announce on national TV that they have conceded the game that is currently in progress. She said ya know what, what I'm happy about is we won the first 2, and the post-season is coming up - which we are looking forward to. Said they were going to celebrate their seniors today regardless.

Congrats to the Cats on their PAC-12 title.  You now have the honor for the rest of your life.  We all know how hard you work and the difficulties involved.  Enjoy.

I am so happy Mike followed my advice and finally did some coaching.  Just kidding, about following my advice.

Regionals went as expected with no major problems. Our pitchers had a week off and were rested. I hope the super regionals go as smoothly.  The real test is near.  i think we will win in two and then on to the WCWS.

I just watched the Florida-Alabama game.  One of my strong concerns is how we handle the bunt.  We did a great job of slapping but when you get to the WCWS the field will not be as hard and dry.  Can we bunt?  Time will tell. And I bet we get bunt on a lot...when they are not looking for the change up.

We will not, in my opinion, go far at the WCWS trying to hit the home run as the difference. Again wet air.

Sad to see Palomino hurt again.  We will miss her post season.

And how far can Tooley go? No one else is prepared to carry the load.  I don't understand that at all.  Bad prep in my opinion.

So let's see what adjustments are made this weekend, not only for Baylor but also hopefully for the world series.

I learned much watching the UCLA - Ole Miss game.  Watching the batters adjust in the box,  appear to swing to hit a location, and not trying to hit the home run was basic but not something visible at Arizona.

Actually what I realize I am seeing what is taught by coaches from t-ball on.  Just don't see it at Arizona.  Way too talented players who just dominate.  Let'sse when others catch up.  I am afraid they will.

Time of the year to be nervous.  I guess I will talk to myself.

Don't tweak, nothing you can can do except show up and cheer on the Cats. If you're not there, send good vibes.

The team isn't perfect to any one us Cats fans, but they had a pretty good year. Won some close games, came from behind a time or three, and played well on the road and neutral.

Outfield looks fine, even without Palomino (she's still an x-factor in the dugout). Perez is focused. Watson appears ready, and God is she fast. Ashleigh is making the plays and has a good bat.

Infield is fine too. Only weakness like you said is that maybe Kati doesn't have the bunt coverage range that LY did. But Reyna, Mo, Deja, and Harper have those tools.

I'd love to see Tooley be effective and keep her pitch count down. She did last weekend. Taylor had a solid last game in the circle.

Seems pretty good to me. Let 'em play, they know how.

Do you want to rethink your previous statement above?  We were exposed and it could be seen long before it happened.

Actually we were embarrassed, and it was not the player's fault.
