Bama and Fresh have expressed support for BLM. I'd like to hear whether that extends to some BLM'ers belief that police should be defunded and disbanded.

ICYMI, mob that took down statue in Durham was chanting "No cops, no KKK, no fascist USA!"

I fully support most police officers. There are, just as in any other profession, those that abuse the position. I stand in support of law enforcement as a whole. You would never hear me chant, or allow anyone near me to chant that, without my objections. I do support the sentiment of BLM, knowing quite a few minorities that have stories about incidents of harassment. I think most questionable police shootings are the result of fear. Not hatred. For whatever reason, the police officer was fearful for his/her life and reacted. Most of our difference of opinion here is how we view the incident.

http://www.newson6.com/story/36791932/tulsa-police-man-shoots-at-officers-to-send-a-message

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A man is in jail accused of shooting multiple times at Tulsa police officers. Police say Darius Padillow told officers he fired 10 shots at police to "send a message."

Police say Padillow shot at officers on Sunday after they told him to leave a gas station he'd been banned from near 61st and Peoria.
The arrest report says Padillow walked away.

As the officers went to get back in their cars - they say they heard several shots ring out and saw a man running away. Police say a witness identified Padillow as the shooter.

When police put Padillow in handcuffs Tuesday night, November 7, they say he resisted and spit at an officer. A witness identified Padillow as the man who shot at police, the report states.

When officers served a search warrant at Padillow's house, they say they found a loaded 9 mm pistol.

Officers say Padillow is a convicted felon, so he had the gun illegally.

Jeff Flake and dewy want to know if we need a law banning felons from owning firearms.

Shouldn't threats of violence and violence itself against cops be hate crimes?

WTF, you screw up, and piss off cops, don't do as told, you get killed. Not rocket science. Yes cops screw up, and when they do they get charged. If they screw up and a cop gets killed, I don't see BLM offering up apologies and monetary compensation. Dallas comes to mind.

Of course - only the left on this board would try to politicize this.

Not ok with me dumbass dietwatereddown coke.  Keep up your vigil against police, maybe you won't learn anything from these other deaths and you'll be the one shot one day.

The cop that shot him should be charged, lose his job and serve time

Nope, the officer should have been found guilty. He should have been disciplined long before for the etching on the gun. There was plenty of time to subdue him and left him laying in the hall without making him crawl.

Few years back in a Tulsa suburb an officer had a perp in cuffs, was between outside door and being buzzed into the booking area. Can't tell what was said, but closed circuit showed the officer throw an elbow and strike the handcuffed perp in the nose blooding it. The city fired the officer and he appealed through the union. An arbitrator found for the officer and forced the city to put him back on the force.

Hey dietwatereddown coke, looks like no one cares about your fake outrage because the guy was white. Make it a black man next time and you libtards would be marching in the streets and CNN would be covering 24/7 on site. Dewy didn't even bat an eye over this one because he was white
