WTF Batman? Those ass wipes probably stole Miller Lite. That is a treasonous act. If you are stealing marketable beer, it better be Shiner Bach. .

With so much negativity everywhere I turn, and yes I am negative as well, I wanted to share with you some comments I received today in an email from a former foreign exchange student.  Her name is Mihaela and she is from Moldova.  She sent a picture of herself wrapped in the Stars and Stripes in front of the Town Square of her hometown.  She said she is so glad that she had my class and said that when I talked about how proud I am to be an American and of my country, it inspired her to love her country more.  She said that when she got home, she wanted to dedicate herself to being a better citizen of her country and pushing herself to be all that she could be.  I often asked her what she would tell her parents and friends back in her country.  Here is the last portion of her email:

I told them how you help us to grow up, how you tell us the truth about everything in our face, how you inspire us, how you make us understand that no matter who we are, we are capable of much more. At least that is what you made me think about almost all the time.
I still read your words of inspiration when I feel like giving up, (Repetition is no fun but its the reason we have won!) or I listen to some songs you shared with us. ( There was a really beautiful song about not giving up, and you told us that you shared this song with your daughter when she felt like she wanted to give up practicing or something like that. That song motivated her to move on. I was looking for that song, but I cannot find it.)

Briefly, I told them that your classes were more than just history. I told them that you are the teacher who easy manage to touch the heart of its students. And you know i'm right. [smile]

I miss America very much!

The song is Dream Big by Ryan Shupe and I'd recommend you all listen to it sometime.  I am so blessed to get to do what I get to do for a living.  I teach the best kids in the world.  This semester, I have 3 foreign exchange students.  I get to teach them about this great country.

CoachB - That's awesome.  Teachers don't generally get the credit they deserve but fortunately their students are a cherished exception.  It's something special to touch the life of another and I know you've been fortunate enough to experience that feeling for many years now.  No salary can top an email like that and knowing how much you appreciate this student's comments says a whole lot about you.  Thanks for all you do.

If this protest had happened when I went to school, there would have been some protester regret, as I would have gone right through their line.

What a bunch of weenies.  They think they are significant, but they are nobodies.

We had a strong republican contingent at the university I attended.   The democrats were caught pulling a bunch of sh1t in the election.  Coordinating with the administration, some really shady stuff.

School revolted and elected a republican kid that was openly flaunting the administration.   He did some really great things to remove the administrations influence on who was student body president, and created a lot of autonomy for that office.  That office at our school was now allowed to actually be really focused on what the students were wanting.  Anyway great story.

Ecosexuals Believe Having Sex with the Earth Could Save It

E
X:

Ecosexuality is a term with wide-ranging definitions, which vary depending on who you ask.Amanda Morgan, a faculty member at the UNLV School of Community Health Sciences who is involved in the ecosexual movement, says that ecosexuality could be measured in a sense not unlike the Kinsey Scale: On one end, it encompasses people who try to use sustainable sex products, or who enjoy skinny dipping and naked hiking. On the other are "people who roll around in the dirt having an orgasm covered in potting soil," she said. "There are people who phuck trees, or masturbate under a waterfall."

Those strange people are the same kind of people at the Berkeley protest. My Son had a scholarship offer from Berkeley, and I strongly suggested he avoid a school where the curriculum seems to include attending daily protests.

Back on topic, didn't JB get bought out by a Japanese company? I had heard that there is a world wide shortage of Bourbon Whiskey, due to the length of aging, and failure to anticipate demand.

My son graduated from Berkeley last year and is still up there. I called him after this latest 'protest' popped up and suggested he go over and cross the line, and start throwing punches around if anybody invaded his personal space.

The Japanese are heavy drinkers.  JB should be in good hands.

Harvard has canceled the remainder of the men's soccer season when they discovered that the team had compiled a "ranking" of the incoming women's recruits. THey were on the verge of making a post season appearance.
Oh the horror. Men deciding the level of attractiveness, in their eyes, of females.
The comments from those interviewed are so over the top its sad that these complaints even receive attention. Of course they blame Trump.
The feminazis are so upset when their crusade to try and prevent males from being masculine fails, especially in such a lofty institution as Harvard. You cant legislate genetics.
Any guy that says he hasn't looked at a female and given her a thumbs up or down in their head is either a liar or gay.

Fracking has been around in Oklahoma for over 60yrs. Now if you want to try to connect the quakes to injection disposal wells we can have a conversation.
