speed limits on the freeway are set to manage the differences between the minimum and maximum.

uniform speeds, regardless of what they are, are safer than mixes of speeds.  trucks, campers, u-hauls, and scared people can't drive 90.  that leads to speed disparity, which causes crashes.

you're welcome.

wrong.  Japan outlaws guns, but those jokers kill themselves in greater numbers than we do.

I have known two people who shot themselves to death.  in both cases, they would've done it anyways.

of course people with guns kill each other.  if we controlled gun violence in a half-dozen large cities, where most of it is gang related, we would rate as one of the safest countries per capita.

you seem think these dudes killing each will cease if you limit the rights of responsible gun owners.  Guess what - under that circumstance, they come of out their neighborhoods and start killing bystanders.

take care of them first, then check back with me.

Fresh, what a totally and complete absence of cognitive thought process. Your lack of intellect is obvious, and your arguments superficial at best.

Honestly, you are paying checkers with yourself, and whining about getting beat.

Spent a lot of time making that point. Laws are passed for the lowest common denominator. Gun laws would, should be for people like me that never had them. We are in the majority. Take classes and show responsibility before buying one. License the owner and remove guns from individuals when they don't follow the rules. Register guns and ammo.

Good point mike, Japan has some hidden forest where they go kill themselves. They really are some sick phucks when it comes to suicide, their imagination is impressive

STFU. You didn't write the constitution, have little to no knowledge of the formative letters of discussion, and arguments among the founding fathers during it's formation. You have even less knowledge of American, and World history. To assume you have any knowledge of the intentions of the writers of the constitution in regards to both the 1st, and 2nd amendments is complete nonsense on your part. Your lack of knowledge about firearms is likewise lacking. Please find a subject other than the Constitution to debate. You have proven by your ineffectual responses you are void of any knowledge regarding the subject.

Edit, this was in response to Fresh

I rarely talk about the constitution so I know he isn't talking to me.
It's talked about too much, is my opinion and Fresh talks about it the most. He has no more knowledge of the Constitution than anyone here. They are revisionists by habit and by plan, hence liberal interpretation. That's what they seek, to limit the powers of the people.

Yes I admire their determination when it comes to the selflessness they undertake in order to maintain honor for their family and in their society. They take direct, and often too much responsibility for an individual failure in their personal, or business life. They don't honor kill their daughter for talking to a man, or showing some individual thought process like the ignorant and unenlightened Muslim hoard does.

Not about removing it - just need to narrow it to legitimate concerns.
